Swaadpurna restaurant — Restaurant in Kanpur

We did advance booking with them for a table for 20 people and told the menu already to be served.. told the required table setting as well. On arriving at the restaurant with the guests at the said time.. table setting was different, mismatching crockery was put on the table, starters were late, items as confirmed to be served were not available and on top of all floor of the restaurant was so so dirty as if it wasn't cleaned from many days, all this is after requesting that we have our special guest and occation to be celebrated but they ruined it with their pathetic services and arrangements. Really disappointed with the service, staff behavior, manager.

Earlier this was our go to stop for dining out being closest to our home.. but now on will go anywhere but not here.. and will share the experience with others as well.

Poor services and...

A restaurant or a food place is remembered as good or bad by it's service, food and management. This place does not have very good food, service is just namely but management is pathetic. Government of India told to charge only Rs. 20 for 1 lt water bottle, but here you will be charged Rs. 30 for same bottle and when asked for the reason then they will tell you that their boss has set this price and you have to give it. People with family would not argue and waste their time that's why they do it ,as they know no one can deny giving price after using it. They don't even tell initially that the bottle is of ruppes 30. It's a waste of...

Place is located near Mithas restaurant at Side no. 1.

Ambience of the place was good.

Place has seating capacity of 50 people. Highly recommended for families.

Food quality and taste was good. Menu items are not very costly.

Staff service was good.

Place is mostly crowded on weekends.
