I recently visited Treat Restaurant with my family, hoping for a relaxing evening dinner. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant, prompting us to leave shortly after arriving.
To begin with, finding parking was a hassle as there was no designated parking space for the restaurant. This inconvenience set a negative tone for the evening right from the start.
Upon entering, we found the seating arrangements to be quite uncomfortable. The chairs were stiff and not suitable for a long, relaxing meal. I would highly recommend that the restaurant consider switching to couches or sofas to provide a more comfortable dining experience for their guests.
We ordered some snacks, including Dahi Ke Kabab and spring rolls. These dishes were decent but not outstanding. However, what really turned us off was the delay in service. The drinks we ordered took an incredibly long time to arrive, which was frustrating. We had ordered cold coffee with ice cream, blue lagoon, and mojito, but after waiting so long, we were served tasteless drinks. It was disappointing to receive beverages that lacked flavor after such a lengthy wait.
Due to the uncomfortable seating, lack of parking, and unsatisfactory service, we decided to leave after finishing our snacks and had our main course at another nearby restaurant. To top it all off, we were charged a high amount despite the poor experience, which felt like adding insult to injury.
Overall, I would not recommend Treat Restaurant for a leisurely family dinner. The management needs to improve parking facilities, seating comfort, service speed, and the quality of their drinks to enhance the overall...
Read moreTreat is a restaurant that offers a range of dishes to its customers. ambience was average with most seats vacant at the time. However, my recent experience at the restaurant left me feeling underwhelmed. While the taste of the food was average, it did not stand out as exceptional. Similarly, the service was adequate, but not particularly impressive. I found the restaurant to be expensive, with some items on the menu priced higher than other restaurants in the area. Additionally, the limited variety of dishes was a letdown, especially considering the high prices.
On the positive side, the restaurant is easily accessible, located in a central part of town. However, finding parking space can be challenging, which can be a hassle for customers. The limited parking space can also contribute to crowding, which can affect the dining experience.
Overall, I would rate Treat as an average restaurant that doesn't offer great value for money. While the food and service are satisfactory, the high prices and limited variety make it a less attractive option for dining out. The restaurant's accessibility is a plus, but the limited parking space can detract from the overall experience. In summary, if you're looking for a restaurant with exceptional taste and service, you may want to consider...
Read moreI went there on 12/11/2023 at around 2:30pm and ordered masala dosa for my cravings. The dosa tastes good when I take the first bite but as soon as I start tasting masala (basically mashed potatoes n mixture) I felt like it was stale or something not fresh like then I passed it to my husband as m pregnant so thought it's just my mouth which felt like that but he tasted it and felt the same but he is a bit introvert so eat without a word as I separated that masala part and enjoyed the rest dosa. The next day I started vomiting too much and consulted a doctor. Well whatever I suffered stays with me but what's the purpose of choosing a hygienic place thinking High rated food will be fresh n safe to eat. The same dosa I can buy from a normal place and costs much cheaper than that. Not happy at all and surely not...
