Zouk Air Bar — Restaurant in Kanpur

Aside the ambience and staff’s pleasant attitude there’s sadly not much going on for Zouk. The food is sup par at best, the presentation is haphazard and uninspired and lastly the bar selections are the biggest aggressor as even after the exorbitant prices they serve IMFL concoctions which is absurd to say the least. For example the IMFL LIITs which go around for 500-600 is served here at 1200 bucks at which price all places use and one expects imported brands. In short even after splurging fine dining prices one won’t be served with the quality that accompanies the price which is really sad as that is what will make me stray away from a place which I think...

I hosted a kids birthday party at Zouk Air Bar. The food was absolutely awful. They serve you frozen food that's been heated. The food tasted absolutely dead. Paneer gravy was like picke gravy. It was the worst pineapple raita I've ever tasted. Missi Roti was so dry it could almost go for a papad. Hariyali kabab was really bad. Rasmalai was good and fresh. Starters has cheese cigar rolls and cheese bread pops which was really good. Honey chilli potato was really hard to bite into...so not good. Overall the amount they charge for food for a night is bonkers compared to the awful food experience you get. I would never recommend anyone to go...

I went there on my birthday along with my wife to have a good dining experience but was disappointed.

Server got the order wrong veg platter instead of non veg.

Initially music was good, then started playing auto wala kind of music and topped it up with " tum jaisey chutiyon ka sahara hai dosto"

My beer glass was empty for a longer period then it should be. There were just 2 other tables.

Rest food was good, I tried chicken champara and garlic naan it was good.

Probably I chose the wrong day to visit this restaurant, but Manager and server did not looked...
