It's well located just opposite Karaikal Bus Stand and at the corner of the signal. In the recent years, it has been extending it's area and drawing more customers. Food served is tasty here and price also reasonable. Waiters are good but depends upon time and person. Some waiters are not at all responding and they do whatever for tips. Service should be done voluntarily without expectations. Customers should appreciate it. If they maintain this kind of attitude then surely customers will look for other hotels. This edit is done on 06.02.2020 @ 1750hrs just after returning from the hotel where I went for buying dosa parcel. Just I was watching meanwhile waiting for my parcel to come: the person who was putting sambar in packets was scratching his nose with his bare hand for a while and without washing his hands he continued his work. Few days before saw the woman washing tea cups and plates in the Vada n tea shop. Astonished to see both her hands were completely white as she continuously washing in water from morning till night. The hotel authorities should pay more attention on cleanliness. 14.05.2023 Just see the right hand of the vada master at the entrance - his hand also became fully white as he works with wet vada dough there throughout the day. Two or three masters can work on routine basis to avoid this. Will the hotel authorities take care of this?
26.05.2023 When I visited this time that vada master with chill white hand was not seen. Some other person was doing the job. That's good. If they were doing on routine basis this issue wouldn't be there.
Stringy: I bought some vadas parcel. When I went and asked for chutney and sambar in parcel section they were giving only sambar. So stingy!

I don't think they have parking, since it was Sunday we parked on the road next to church ( Church is just opposite to this hotel )
I think food quality and Pricing ok. They need to improve hygiene,as they need to seve with gloves and covering their head. More investment needed for improving facility.
But they don't have many chairs, may be they are incurred loss or something ?
Coz false ceiling and all broken, everything seems out of place.
May be they invest money and run the hotel better way to help customers and fill their stomach.
Feedback Please upgrade hotel and promote your hotel, your hotel is just in the middle between Kumbakonam and Vaitheswaran Koil, you have huge business potential, being on the main road, more so opposite to a church.

But after having Pongal we utter shock while washing hand because our hands were completely covered with oil fat layer.. as per our experience this kind white fat layer no ghee or oil will give untill the hotel people used Vanaspathi or Animal Fat !!
