I am writing this complaint regarding the juice order I recently placed. The juice was specifically requested for a patient who had just undergone a medical procedure, and I had clearly instructed that only fresh juice should be provided. However, my experience was highly unsatisfactory. • The moosambi juice provided was prepared using refrigerated fruits, not fresh ones as requested. • For the butter fruit juice, the fruit given was clearly not fresh. When I pointed this out, the staff insisted otherwise and showed no concern, even after I emphasized that the juice was for a patient. As you are aware, ripe butter fruit remains good for only about two days, which was completely ignored in this case. • I had to cancel the butter fruit juice and accept muskmelon juice instead, which again was not fresh. • Despite cancelling butter fruit juice, I was still charged for both moosambi and butter fruit but received only moosambi and muskmelon. No refund was provided for the extra amount paid. This experience reflects a serious lack of concern for both quality and hygiene, especially considering the juice was ordered for a patient. Such negligence is unacceptable, and I request that you: Ensure only genuinely fresh and hygienic juice is served, particularly when it is for patients. Refund the excess amount that was charged for juice I did not receive. Take immediate measures to improve staff training and quality checks so customers do not face such issues in the future. I just loved everything here. A must visit place to have food with friends and family. You will get to choose from a large variety of food. North Indian, south indian, Chinese, chats and other variants. I am lot sure that you will enjoy the service and the taste of the food. A pure magical of taste from the chef. If you love to have vegetarian food this is the place I recommend you to go. You will get both AC and non AC hall.

This place is absolutely near to the movie theatre which puts up an additional advantage to pass your time and have delighted dinner meal. A great place spend weekends. You will be happy at the end of the day. What else do you need? It's time to spend with friends, family and loved ones which should be long-losting. Just be in this place and chill out. Soft drinks served here will keeps out of anxiety, stress and give you peace of mind what your family expects from you.

I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. At first glance, the place looks fancy, but in reality, it is extremely unhygienic. The table I was seated at was not clean, and when I asked staff to wipe it, they used a dirty cloth that made it worse. Underneath the table, there were used tissues and pieces of food, which they completely ignored even after I pointed it out.

I had initially ordered tomato soup, but after being told it wasn’t available, I cancelled it. Ten minutes later, they suddenly brought me a so-called “tomato soup” that was actually sweet corn soup with corn pieces — they tried to pass it off as something else.

If that wasn’t bad enough, when the roti finally arrived, it had a hair in it. Instead of apologizing, the staff arrogantly claimed it was my own hair!

Overall, the hygiene, service, and honesty here are absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that respects customers and maintains basic...
