Disappointing Experience at Aura - The Bake House Due to Late Service

My recent visit to Aura - The Bake House left me with a mixed bag of emotions, primarily due to the late service experienced during my meal. While the ambiance and food quality were commendable, the tardiness in service significantly dampened the overall dining experience.

Upon entering Aura, I was immediately struck by the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The elegant decor and warm lighting created a pleasant environment for a meal. However, any initial positive impressions were quickly overshadowed by the prolonged waiting time for our orders to be taken and served.

The menu offered a diverse selection of baked goods and savory dishes, each boasting an enticing description. After finally managing to place our orders, the anticipation built up as we eagerly awaited our meals. Unfortunately, what followed was a prolonged period of waiting, during which our server was nowhere to be found, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated.

When our food eventually arrived, it was apparent that the kitchen had put effort into crafting each dish. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the presentation was aesthetically pleasing. However, the enjoyment of the food was overshadowed by the frustration caused by the delays in service.

Despite the culinary delights on offer, the overall dining experience at Aura was marred by the extended wait times. While I appreciate that unexpected delays can occur in any restaurant, the lack of communication or acknowledgment from the staff only exacerbated the situation.

In conclusion, while Aura - The Bake House certainly has the potential to be a delightful dining destination, the issue of late service needs to be addressed promptly. Until improvements are made in this regard, it's difficult to wholeheartedly recommend this...

1st of all this restaurant need only marvadi customer other customers are nothing to them ! This place mint only for Marvadi to marvadi ! Had gone to this place n order pizza , there is no response till 45mins waiting after i went n asked for waiter they again said just 5 mins , after waiting for hour same reply 5mins ! They simply serving other tables who are the owners frds and they r same community and they keep on ignoring us ! The owner tells that Chinese items means they serve fast that's why they serving them fast ! Other means we need to wait untill they give! And simply they keep on telling order gets cancelled they discard pizza to dustbin! Etc etc non sense ! The thing is they literally they didn't process the order itself simply they keep on telling nonsense stuff and they need Ter same marvadi community people to Ter restaurant other means they start ignoring very bad n worst experience !

Food is not that good as per the price.over expensive place for no good reason .arrogance behaviour by staff.I had ordered fried rice ,after dine-in when I asked the remaining fried rice to pack ,Audacity of the staff saying you can pack for yourself ,I was stunned to hear this .when I said last time I took the parcel of the leftovers ,Then after 2mins he asked next question,after me serving did you server the food by urself ?when I said no ,he took the bowl and packed and gave .This is clear misbehaviour with customers.This is just an overpriced place with below average taste with rude ,arrogance and misbehaving staff.And they can speak only one language for communication that is Hindi .
