AUZ Cafe — Restaurant in Karnataka

A small place right on NH66 at Bhatkal town. It is very new. Established in 2018. I was just driving by with my family and it was lunch time. I was looking for a place that offered something different from the usual fare of idli, dosa, South Indian thaali or north Indian thaali etc. This place caught my attention as it was done up aesthetically and looking very different. So we hopped in to see what they offered and I was delighted to see the menu listing pizzas, burgers, pastas, garlic bread, sizzlers, fruit juices and milk shakes. The interiors were very well done up for a small place. The ambience was every bit elegant and the seating was comfortable. We tasted the red pasta, white pasta, garlic bread and Sizzlers. We also ordered lemon juice, watermelon juice. All the food was of top quality and taste. The white pasta was especially outstanding, in taste, in my opinion. A special mention of the section in the menu called "Arabian Milk Shakes", which had some really exotic and weird names like "Internet", "Email" & "London". I ordered one called "Summer", which sounded more normal and was most expensive in the list. And it turned out to be a blend of mixed fruit and milk. It was very heavy and with excellent taste. I have never come across this section of Arabian shakes in any menu across the country, that I have extensively travelled. The prices are decently low, by big metro city standards and they have a clean and well maintained washroom (toilet) too. I recommend a 'must visit', if you are in this part...

Your service is so bad that I had my whole weekend ruined. At times the chicken is raw fried, they forgot to sprinkle salt on my fries, the pasta had a bland taste of artificial colouring for the main sauce. Top it off with how this food did not do even a bit of justice for the bill I paid. Such a sleepy service, I came back cancelling half my order. Half of us had to go back with an empty tummy. You put up a business, you owe it to us to give us a fast service and a good filling food. Not be so slow that when we finish the starter we are left even hungrier because that is how late you were. And now I’m still so hungry. Galeez. May Allah help you provide better service at least so much that your customers don’t go...

It's a blessing in disguise to have a cafe like this in Bhatkal...They have a very good layout on their menu from coffee to pizza, pasta, shakes n sizzlers... The Oreo shake is a must try and so is the chocolate coffee, absolutely yummy... 😋 We had ordered for chicken Drumsticks (chicken leg) but we were served with chicken lollipop kind of pieces but we did not complain about coz it was very tasty n we thought that may be in Bhatkal chicken lollipop pieces are called chicken drumsticks ...hahaha... Lol.. ...However I feel the items are little overpriced,but the quality of coffee n food is awesome... If in Bhatkal or around one must definitely...
