POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE:

I ordered Chicken Biryani and waited just three feet away from the billing counter after making the payment. After 30 minutes of waiting with no response, I approached the billing staff, only to be told that my order had been ready for the past 15 minutes. Instead of informing me when I was right in front of him, he expected me to check with him. When I reached home and opened the package, I realized they had given me Paneer Biryani instead of Chicken Biryani. I immediately returned to the restaurant to inform them about the mistake. The staff casually told his colleague, "Hey, wrong parcel. Pack a Chicken Biryani," and asked me to wait again—without even offering an apology. There was no sense of courtesy or customer service. Frustrated, I asked for the manager, but the staff dismissed my request, saying the manager is not working here. After some argument, I got the manager’s number, but speaking with him made me realize he hadn’t trained his team on basic customer service.

After all this happened, they have served spoiled chicken pieces. We can clearly see that old chicken pieces were mixed and it smelled bad as well :(

Very worst service. Waited in the table for more than 15 mins and noone attended.

I reached out the counter and ordered my food. They delivered only partial order and never came back with pending order in next 30 mins.

I thought of closing my lunch with partial order and reached out to counter to inform the same. I also mentioned that no one cares about customer here and service is very poor. But the manager didn't even care my words and not paying attention to my words.

I told him even after many complaints from customer, you are not ready to apologise. I also told him that this is my last visit to birbal and he didn't react to that as well.

I don't know how they survive in the market with this business style.

Regarding food, it is very horrible compared to previous days. I was served semi cooked meat with the tasteless biriyani.

Regarding price, it is very costly and justified to the taste and quantity they provide.

Never visit this restaurant if you want to have good food...

My cousin took me to Birbal Biryani when I visited him. They have ample of space to sit and eat. There is a chai point adjacent to this hotel. Spacious place to park your vehicle outside hotel.

We ordered Paneer Biryani and Paneer 65. Paneer biryani masala was good. Texture of rice was quite great. They serve with raitha and a gravy. Paneer 65 was quite salty, but taste was good. Paneer was crunchy from outside and soft from inside. By this we can know that, masala layered outside the paneer has marinated really well. The masala of paneer 65 was moderate spicy. They had curry leaves, garlic as well in masala. Curry leaves were fired so good and was giving crisp texture.

There are other veg items in menu and we couldn’t try. They serve many items in non veg as well.

One thing came to my mind is that, for biryani alone they have separate kitchen because, when we asked for family pack biryani, the waiter said “Sir we too are waiting for biryani to arrive and we have...
