Burger King — Restaurant in Karnataka

I went to BK Airport road next to A2B, I had a very bad experience today, I ordered 2 french fries and softies online using Burger King App (considering quick service), but when I requested the staff "Manoj" he said I have to wait,I thought he was getting my order and waited for staff to call the order number. I wasn't called for 15-20 mins, I requested him to provide me the status of my order thinking what I ordered will not even take 10mins to serve but his reply made me think twice before going to the same BK location He said he cannot give my order until he fulfills the previous orders but the previous orders were for 5 - 10 burgers and I realised the time I have to wait. Meanwhile, I was going through my recent order in BK app and I saw my order status says PICKED UP but I still haven't received my order 😕😕. I called Manoj and said my order says PICKED UP but you haven't still given it to me so he said I don't know about the BK app or it's status and arrogantly he said I don't know Burger King and I am just a staff here. I requested to call the manager but he didn't call, again waited for 10mins and asked for my order or manager. Then instead of the manager he called some other staff and requested to give my order

I suggest BK should closely look on the UAT for their staff to know if they are aware what is customer service, what is empathy, how to make customer know that he is in right place, etc. I hope BK will not have more customers experience like what I had today. I am in a state of mind that I am not going to the location again and I could go to other places like Pizza Hut, Dominos, McDonalds etc which is very near to...

Disappointment !!!!! *AC not working. Staff have no clue where there is an air conditioning duct and where there is no duct. When we ask them they force us to sit on the high chair though we had a kid along. Absolutely no sense of Courtesy considering the BRAND that we walk into for a quick meal. If the outlet had a different name rather than BURGER KING for the kind of staff that were across the counter it would be fine. Since it was BURGER KING people were hesitant to talk to staff of the air conditioning not working.. Once person walked and asked to open the doors for fresh air. AC NOT WORKING is fine but the way you communicate is what matters. Sense of arrogance/ anger like saying it's not working and we don't have a choice .. take or leave it kind of attitude is not acceptable. We paying the same price with or without AC.

The food takes time to serve . A simple burger with a fried patty with sauce and slice of onion to be placed between a bun. REALLY ?? The onion was the clincher in both my burgers. Picture attached. DOES THE SOP OF MAKING A BURGER SPECIFY THIS ?? 2 BURGERS HAD THE SAME TYE OF ONION .

Even though it's a dine in order staff need to check with the customer about the same after like 10 min of placing the order and the start the order..

This wasn't a one off as I could see other customers facing the same issue.

May be the staff aren't well trained or they are new staff .. I don't know. But not expected from a BURGER KING.

I live in a hostel in Vidyanagar cross, all my friends order pizza burgers from here. I like things like burgers and pizzas here very much. The taste of all the items ordered from here and the taste of pizza ordered from another place seems very different. The taste of pizza here is different. Which I like very much here. I mostly order pizza from here with my friends. I belong to a Muslim community, I eat whatever I get, be it veg or non-veg. almost from my room 2.5 to 3 kilometres distance this shop. This shop is very good, I like it very much. Some people say that the staff here has attitude but I never felt that way. This shop is very famous because of the crowd of people here, people say that they wait for it, but it is not so, if you want any fresh item then it takes some time, my dear. The staff here is very good and their behavior is also very good. I think you should come here once. You will really enjoy it a lot. You will feel very good after coming here. You will feel...
