Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Karnataka

I love CCD. I have almost had in all the CCDs in Bangalore and onthe way to my native at Tamilnadu and Kerala from Bangalore in highways. So this branch was one of those gloomy irritated staffs at the receptionists who takes order. When i first tried to order looking straight at them asking "excuse me may i.." he looked away as if i don't know who you are and started doing nothing but standing there looking into empty space! then another guy came in and started doing something in his thing in computer ignoring me. i had ro ask again then he quickly took the orders without any smile and giving an inviting usual look we see in all corporate hotels. sometimes i feel CCD is like BSNL. The staffs are always irritated i seriously urge the manager to give them some incentives and make them smile at least one customer a day. later i said the devils own coffee thing didn't had sugar this shouted at another staff " first get him his sugar at top of his voice!" i felt awkward and furious. kept my composure and left this place. we visited on April 29 2022 6:42pm. See my photos for evidence. Wont recommend for these staffs. i mean what to tell about the food we all love it its the same in all...

Convenient Stop with Room for Improvement.

This Cafe Coffee Day, strategically located right on the Bangalore-Tumkur highway and conveniently next to an HPCL gas station, boasts a perfect spot for travelers. The ease of access makes it an ideal and convenient stop during a journey, and there's ample parking available, which is a big plus. They also accept card payments, adding to the convenience. The cappuccino I had was really nice, and the variety of drinks and desserts we ordered, including that decadent looking brownie with ice cream and several other beverages, were well-prepared. The overall atmosphere inside was quite pleasant, making for a decent break. However, there's definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness; the place could be kept better. Also, it's worth noting that the prices have become unreasonably high, which might deter some visitors. I am customer to this CCD since 9 years , guess what they are not giving sandwiches or baverage as the way they should give , it's all they use less chicken less garnish less things , this I got to knw they attract so much Ppl so they put less stuff inside sandwich .... To sustain customers , It was very nice when I went to CCD in TUMKUR CITY and KB CROSS shivamogga road was so awesome they made it as what we wish

This Dabaspete CCD was nice until staff name called Rudresh after he left CCD to make his own kind of Cafe store in Heggere tumkur , thats it now all these staff Ppl inside this Dabaspete don't know how to make a proper coffee too .. don't go for sandwiches is all bread they serve.

My sincere advice go inside TUMKUR CITY better than this Dabaspete or if u r on the way to shivamogga please visit...
