Rude Staff. They tend to over charge travellers who do not understand their language. I ordered Cheese Chilli Toast and when i got the bill, cheese was charged separately so asked the girl at the cash counter, she said cheese cost is separate. I told them i dont want extra cheese but they said you ordered for Cheese Chilli Toast hence the cost of cheese is separate. Finally I had to call the store manager and sorted this out after telling them I will complain about this to CCD and returned my money back.

The only decent CCD you'll find in Tumkur ( while crossing Tumkur highway). It looks like the "only" hangout place for youngsters in the town :P , so usually crowded most of the times by the locals. The staff is really rude and untrained ! Very slow service and no parking space ! Could improve on their seating arrangement and washroom area as well. Been to Tumakur on a work trip. Have been visiting this place for the last 3 weeks, everyday you hear the staff say "The wifi has been down from Yesterday, 🤣"

Poor people skills, poor customer interaction, poor service, overall I believe the only reason this outlet is still surviving is because of the absence of competition in Tumkur.
