I visit cafe coffee day at least 4 times every month, as that is my regular pit stop when I travel on work. I've never been disappointed in the past. This one however, the service was very poor, rather appalling!! Staff didn't speak a word in English which can be quite discomforting for travellers from outside Karnataka. The toilet was unclean, and I brought to their attention the toilet cleaning schedule was ticked before time and without cleaning too. The outlet didn't keep coins for change and was hesitant to return the balance for my payment. I insisted and he gave me sweeties to take home. I found it very odd cause I am not aware of Cafe Coffee Day selling Mentos. Very disappointing. Shame on Cafe Coffee Day for letting their outlets like these use...

CCD outlets are mostly quite good when they are in highways. The cafe serves the same menu as any of its other setups and the people are courteous and professional which I guess is a norm for coffee day. The coffee has always been good. The teas are fine too. If you don't have any questions with precooked sandwiches and such, you can also choose from a good list of options. The best part about this particular cafe though is the seating. There are a few tables inside the cafe which are quite convenient. The main attraction rather are the seats on the outside.
