Cafe Runway — Restaurant in Karnataka

This is my frequent hangout with my biking group. The reason for giving 2 stars is mainly because of rude staff. We never experienced this at cafe runway but this waiter 'Rahman' he will surely spoil the name and will drive away customers. We came in to celebrate our brand new bike, hence we wanted to park the bike close to our dining section. This man rahman was extremely rude, he he was polite we would have listened to him. He was literally fighting with us. We could have responded in same manner. But we held our nerves as there would be no difference if we had reacted in same manner. We all come from well mannered families. I would request cafe runway owner to take a close check on these and understand these kind of ill mannered fellow ( rahman) will surely drive away customers to other places for hang out. We all know hospitality is of utmost importance in hotel industry. This man rahman is disgrace to be in this industry. Very disappointed customer because of rude cust service at...

I thought the idea of watching flights go by at night while you munch away with a friend was good. Turns out I hate loud noises.

No shade to the cafe. I think the owner is on to something here. It is what it says on its listing. People who love airplanes and marvel at these giant airborne machines will love this place..the place remains open till 2 am. It has a snooker table and service staff are active too.

We faced quality issues with the food. Had some spoilt capsicums in our chicken curry but we are going to blame the hot weather for that. Rest of the stuff was okay.

As a Bangalorean, I know the city severely lacks late -night hangout places so I am not going to nitpick on the few places that are...

Place and food was good.The reason y i am giving 2 stars means the service boys who serve here they wont bother about customer tables,once we order they serve and go and they wont visit our table only.and to call also no one will be available in surroundings.i dont know know were dy vil go.and one main thing ther is no power backup if power gone.no UPS nor Generator we want to on our mobile flash lights to eat food wen power gone.this is the main minus in this place. I suggest to manager /owner please train your service boys well. And plz maintain power backup and rest...
