Chandu Dhaba — Restaurant in Karnataka

We went here after it was recommended by a friend and seeing crazy reviews. We went on weekend and as expected when we entered we saw 100s vehicles parked outside n both the sides. There are 10 guys to assist in parking. Imagine the crowd then. Plenty of parking is available. We were made to sit for 10mins as there was no free table. There are like 3-4 buildings inside to cater customers. After waiting, we got the table and atmosphere there is pure dhaba style. With minimum care given to POP walls, they compliment it in food. For 3 people, we ordered 3 half plates of starters, roti, curry ans biryani. We didn’t knew we would get 12 pieces per plate😲 Taste wise it was worth for the price they charge and the quantity they gave.

We were at this place just before closing time i.e. 11 pm. They close at 12 am. So most of the items were not available at that moment.

It's a completely dhaba style eatery. The place, atmosphere, food everything is dhaba style. Prices are very reasonable too. They have sufficient parking place.

Breads(tandoori roti, butter naan) are below average. Maybe it's because of closing time. friend rice is average. Chicken kolhapuri is also average. Gravy tastes good but pieces taste raw as pieces were not cooked in masala.

Must try: Kasthuri chicken Highly recommended dish at this place. Its taste and chicken texture is unique.

Sizzling chicken Most of us might have not seen such a dish. It tastes like a chicken fry with garlic and curry leaves flavour.

Hi all, am sharing this review by recently visiting this dhaba, we travelled from tumkur to there, worth coming from that far, because the food is really good, i recommend to try paneer Kasturi there, it's a gud starter and we tried mushroom pepper dry, it's average in taste, and I tried kalmi kebab, it's us somewhat okayish, and butter roti paneer hyderabadi we tried, both are gud in taste, and we tried veg and chiken fried rice, both are good, overall a good place for food, but waiting time is there if we are going in weekends that too on evening time, the crowd will be there, but we went somewhat early soo we got a seat easily, the waiting time is more here, because of huge orders, finally a show stopper is their rasam, this is free of cost, you can ask them they will give u, it was literally good than any food, am drank 3 cups, it was that much good, try it...
