Chickpet Donne Biryani House — Restaurant in Karnataka

One of the worst experience had in this restaurant. Service was very bad. People will say only Namaste when you enter into the restaurant. After that, no one will come and take orders to our table. They will treat and take orders from a group of people. They will not consider when two people visits the restaurant. This is the second time I’m facing this issue. After taking orders, they are not serving within some time and that too I ordered one plain Briyani and half grill chicken. They are serving only a group of people who they came after us. They not even consider us. Got fed up and complained the same in Reception without having food along with my wife and kid. I have requested self service also because of this issues but they denied. Earlier, the service was good but now it is very very worst. I liked their food but service is very bad. Will never ever visit again. If you patience and enough time to wait for more than 45 minutes to get food. You can visit otherwise order in Swiggy/Zomato. Didn’t have zero rating that’s y giving one...

There are many famous Biryani places in Bangalore, but this one definitely stands out specially because of it's Chickpet Donne Biryani. They offer a huge range of Biryanis to choose from, each one being unique. They also serve some amazing lip-smacking starters . They also offer a huge seating area so you can comfortably visit with a group of friends. The only drawback I felt was the place didn't have much to offer to vegetarians but for non-vegetarians it's absolute heaven. So my top five recommendations from this place will be :-

Great place to eat and take parcels of briyani from. We went this sunday and surprised ourselves with offers on dishes. The family loved it. The very first impression- staff at reception said "Namaste". It was enough to convince the family about the place. We had their chickpet biryani and kebabs. Staff is very friendly, no rude behaviour. Ambience is really good. Food quality is very important to note, thats awesome. Masala is proper, there arent any bad feelings. Even my kid liked the biryani with kebab and the curry. So for sure, the food is very tasty. Prices are reasonable, though I will be delighted to get offers like the previous ones.
