Coorg Pavilion — Restaurant in Karnataka

Being a person born in coorg I'm sorry to say this but the service is worst and the server is not at all friendly and his name is (thimaiah) and if we have some queries related to the food or feel uncomfortable towards the accommodation if we confront it to the server he calls the owner later the owner comes and defends his servers but doesn't look at our point of view. If he doesn't know to run a restaurant he should just shut up and sit at home not involve in such things and also if we say that if the quantity is very low compared to our previous visit the owner as well as server tries to justify it. The food is very expensive when compared to the quality as well as the quantity. These guys are just trying to cheat customers they don't see any customer satisfaction they just want to earn money that's all this is my experience from 17/11/2023 guys plz stay away from such shady and untrustworthy. And if we ask about some inconvenience the owner tries to Change it to some previous topics about some topics of guys fighting which we even don't know and he tries to put it on us . I hope no...

We went there seeing the review got the worst restaurant experience ever. Looked like a shady bar . Had to cancell our orders as waiter was not able to understand any of our orders . 2 dishes we ordered were prepared and served so we payed for that alone . Chilly pork and Chicken pepper were served . Pork was cold and tasted very unpleasant . Chicken too had same masala . Drinks were bieng bought from some other place and that guy charged 30 rs more for that . Had no options other than fried rice for food . Will never recommend this place for anyone . Please dont be fooled by their hoarding which says “Family Restaurant ” .Would never dare take my family here ...Hope this review reaches the owners and they make some improvement to the place .It was the best disappointing experience i had at a restaurant after seeing a google...

Pretty decent coorgi styled food. The chilly pork and chilly chicken wer nice, but slightly overcooked so they were hard (specially the chicken). Pandhi curry was nice but very spicy ( lot of pepper) would recommend you have it with the Kerala parota rather than the akki roti. Chicken curry was pretty nice. Theu also give you beer What was best was owner was very nice, friendly and hospitable. He even helped us find an auto to get to the bus stop on time.
