Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Karnataka

Terrible service. We visited the outlet on the ground floor of Mall of Asia when the space had fewer than 3 tables occupied and asked for in store service. The staff seemed to be lazy about washing cups so served in a takeaway cup. When questioned, they said they were out of regular cups- even as they had these hanging and on display. Bunch of blatant liers. Later they came with one cup expecting us to transfer contents from the paper cup to that. Even though they seeemd to have around 3-4 staff at the counter and for serving, it took them 10+ minutes and 2 reminders to get us a fork. There is a dire need to have trained staff...

I would like to mention Rubiya Begum always smiling pleasant and a fantastic coffee maker…. We hav come here many times and every time she is one of the biggest reason apart from a great coffee to be here ….. I’ve tried Americano, cappuccino, cortado, croissants … dates cake …. Everything is fresh and the service is exceptional… the other staff accompanying Rubiya are also very good, it’s just that I don’t know der names…....
