I recently had the pleasure of visiting De Mandarin Resto Café, a delightful surprise on my journey. This unplanned visit turned out to be one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The resturant has a good environment however the waiters are dumb and will ignore your order despite confirming it with them. They have an app to order and i was about to order it through the app but the waiter said he will take the order. Made us wait for good 40 mins for our order but still missed the main item and said he forgot. We ordered paranthas which were bland, tasteless and hard to chew. I ordered a chicken sandwich and confirmed with the waiter if he took my order which he did confirm and after 40 mins he said he forgot. We complaint to manager and then he said he can get the sandwich in 10 mins and that increased my aggravation . If they could do it in 10 mins why the hell did they make us wait for 40 mins. And by the time manager came into play, we were almost late by 1 hour. Kids left hungry and so did i. Out of the 4 paranthas we ordered we had to throw 2.5 in the bin because it was not edible.

This resturant can be avoided. Its a cool hang out place which is adjacent to the medical college which is how it attracts young crowd. They do not serve to local community which is how they can give a bad experience to ongoing traffic as its closer to highway as they know 90% are unlikely to come back as there is enough population to keep fooling people.

I found the atmosphere to be a very lively one, yet cozy as well, making it the ideal place to gather with family and friends. One of the best aspects of this restaurant is that it is pet-friendly, so you don't have to worry about leaving your furry friends behind while you enjoy a meal.

We had a wonderful dining experience in the restaurant thanks to the kind and attentive staff who very much made us feel at home. As for the food, I have to say that it is absolutely delicious. In terms of the menu, there is a wide variety available, but I must say that I was most impressed with the pizza. The pizza was perfectly baked, with a crispy crust, a rich topping, and just the right amount of cheese to make it a delicious meal. Dessert was a treat worth the wait. The entire dining experience at De Mandarin deserves a special mention, whether you are looking for great food, a lively atmosphere, or a warm but welcoming environment.
