Domino's Pizza | Hootagalli, Mysuru — Restaurant in Karnataka

Disappointed with the Payment Policy I recently visited the Domino's Pizza branch in Hootagalli and had a very disappointing experience. After a long, tiring day in hospital I was hungry and excited to grab some pizza. However, I was told by the staff that they only accept cash payments and do not accept any form of online payment. In this day and age, where digital transactions are the norm, it’s shocking that a reputed brand like Domino's is still operating with such outdated payment policies. I didn’t have cash on me as I always use online payments for all my shopping and dining needs. Unfortunately, I had to leave with an empty stomach because of this inconvenience. I’ve visited other Domino's branches in Mysore and never faced this issue before. This was my first visit to the Hootagalli branch, and it was truly disappointing. Placed an order through dominos app, money got debited.There is no history of order in My orders section. When tried to contact branch hotline number, they keep you waiting in the call forever and never pick the call. Very bad service, bad customer experience, did not expect this from DOMINOS!!

When chatted with customer agent, they are sending same messages again and again but at last she gave the number of a worker working in hootagalli.When called to that number they are saying that customer is not educated enough to place order, she is very rude with words and did not help...

I use to go so many times this place because it's near to me that's why, but the Pizza not good just like bread. Actually Domino's have a high quality but here I don't feel that way.
