3rd visit: 9-sep-2020 On our third visit during the Covid situation, the safety measures were appropriate. At the entrance they have taken the temperature and sanitised our hand to get in. Menu cards have been replaced with QR code operated digital menu on our mobile phones. Though there are very less workers still they have maintained to get most of the dishes. Service was a bit slow and unmanaged because of their resource problem out of 80 staff they were only 30 which was quite difficult for them to maintain. 2nd visit: Though my first experience here was not so pleasant . But this time it was great. From food delivery till the desert it was quick and upto the mark. There was not much crowd on sat noon when i visited this. Last but not least they do parcelling very nicely for whatever left over. Cheers to service. P.s: washrooms and parking area is of top notch.

One of the worst empire outlets I ever visited. I visited here with my team for lunch, the restaurant took our orders and then slowly most of the staff vanished. We asked for water, but no one provided us water . Finally some one came and served the naan and roti without any gravy. While the breads cooled down, one non veg gravy was served. The veg guy was still waiting . Also, there was no serving spoon or cutlery to eat. Still the water hadn't been served. Soon we got to know that the mutton will take time and to get is replaced by something. Finally they told many items were unavailable. Finally when the roti became cold rubber, veg was served. Then we asked to replace it . We also got water now. A request for fresh lime juice was declined saying it will take lots of time and we were suggested a pitcher of Arabian shake. We were also served semi cooked chicken . Finally with loads of dissatisfaction we left the place hoping to never return. 🤢

A very decent, clean and hygienic restaurant on Bangalore Hassan Road with ample parking facilities, rest room facilities, prayer facilities and kids play area. The interiors and the restaurant interiors are made well. Staff are neat and courteous. Juices and separate areas for veg and non vegetarians are available. The food is good but can be better. Had the chicken soup that was pictured to us very well, but was just okay. Secondly we were marketed the Rann mutton Biriyani which serves four people. This too was good but could have been better. Would have preferred the normal Biriyani and ghee rice rather than the costly Rann Biriyani. Ample seating is available but can still be crowded during peak hours and weekends. Overall a nice place to visit with family and friends and kids. Visit this place for a hassle free experience.

One of the best Restaurant I have seen. Clean and hygenic place. Very big parking space. What to say is during these corona times also they are following all the rules strictly without failing to wear mask and hand gloves. Although it is a restaurant beside highway, they are maintaining washrooms clean.. Comming to food no words to say. Awesome. We ordered pepper chicken and tandoori chicken. Taste was finger licking. They are following same taste as older empire resraurants. Good and clean service...we are extremely happy. We will visit this restaurant surely in our next Bangalore visit. Thank you kunigal empire and team for you service and food.

Food taste is good however staff taking orders or serving order was not much nicer to customer. It seems like we have made mistake ☹️ by going to the Reasturant. I have ordered one item ( Allo Sev Puri) as shown in the picture on menu card but delivered only sev Puri which was different than what shown in the picture of menu. When asked to correct it, staff (who was taking orders) first tried to misguided us, later when insisting on the missing items, he asked to top it up only without realizing that order has been delivered wrongly & require to be corrected. Feeling disappointed ☹️ with the behavior of staff and hence discourage others to visit it.

It's a good place on the highway for halt. There are different options for food and drinks. Variety of non-alcoholic drinks are available. Adjacent there is also veg hotel , both server there food together. Food quality is nice and price also seem to be descent. We have stopped here twice. Both time we tried a new drink and food along with it. There is a large parking space outside, it's well structured beautiful and big enough to hold many vehicles at a time. Adjacent to it there is a petrol pump, so in case while on the jour et you plan to fill up your tank, you can take halt here. Service by the people here is good and they are very helpful.
