Hello,I and my family visited this store on weekend Sunday ....compare to city empire branches to dis branch is worst service,bcz i face the very difficulty to order here to dine-in ....why they placed outside sitter with umbrella shelt .....bcz the atmosphere and the outside weather is gud so customer ll enjoy food with their family friends....right?here there is no one is taking order ,i was waited 15 minutes just to see the Manager....though the manager is standing little far from me ,he is seeing ur but not coming to take the order ,i requested serves to take the order...the manager name is 'Venkat' why are you here just to pose and maintaining attitude you are senior manager to this branch? I don't know how you become the senior .....this is very disappointed,bcz we are paying the money and eating the food not for free right ???? Pls make sure and change your attitude and check with the camera around 21st june evening 7.30p.m scheduled......you ll come to know how difficult is for me to order and going to the section for each order ....empire you need to maintain customer service and which need to serve the cx with the well trained managers ..no smile,no common...
