Where do I even begin with this gem of an establishment? Let me enlighten you with my delightful experience at their oh-so-charming kitchen. Brace yourselves, folks, for a nauseating journey into the realm of filth.
Imagine my child's sheer delight as he ventured into this kitchen of wonders, only to be greeted by an unparalleled display of unhygienic bliss. The lack of cleanliness reached such impressive heights that even my little one felt a wave of nausea wash over them. How utterly delightful!
But wait, there's more! In another branch, I had the pleasure of witnessing a staff member engaging in a magical act of table cleaning. With their very own filthy cloth, they performed a breathtaking routine of wiping away the remnants of previous customers' meals. And just moments later, with unwashed hands, they oh-so-graciously handled our order. A true spectacle of bacteria and neglect!
Oh, but don't worry, dear readers. This captivating display of mediocrity isn't limited to one branch. No, no! It's a magnificent spectacle that spans across all their branches within the city. The staff, bless their lackluster souls, consistently demonstrate an astonishing lack of enthusiasm and effort. Truly, their commitment to providing subpar customer service is nothing short of awe-inspiring.
So, my dear fellow connoisseurs of cleanliness and seekers of satisfactory service, I implore you: steer clear of this establishment if you value the concept of basic hygiene and decent customer service. These captivating observations are not isolated incidents; they are widespread and applicable to all branches within the city. How fortunate are we to have such a captivating array of disappointments to choose from!

Read moreAfter looking for places for evening tea and snacks in Sarjapur road,we decided to visit here on a Sunday evening. It is located on the main road itself but there is no parking available for 4 wheeler, you'll have to manage with the little roadside space available which is also dangerous given the road is super busy. There have been some reports of theft from the cars too; so park close to the entrance area if possible.
Coming to the food and atmosphere, the place was completely full given it's a Sunday evening but there was hardly any staff available to help out. It was a little hot and humid but there was no fan available in the front area, with that, there were a lot of mosquitoes as well. I felt that food was average and a little pricey, service was also slow. Tried to ask the staff for a couple of requests & complain about mosquitoes but there was no response at all which is very unprofessional!
Overall disappointed with our experience and won't be visiting again or recommending...
Read moreChai (Tea) joints have become the new craze of India and in today's date you can find the whole nine yards when it comes to a jazzy name for a tea joint.
Gabbar chai is definitely something that will get stuck to your head. Nice upscale yet simple tea and snacks joint with Bollywood Villlian's theme and Gabbar being their lead character.
Tea was good as during a long conversation, we did try two different versions (Ginger Tea and Lemon Tea)
While the ginger tea was really good. Lemon Tea tasted good but was a let down as they used tea bags. Not that is definitely not a bummer as it tasted good at the end of the day but I was looking for a more authentic experience.
Another point that I noticed that snacks we ordered (french fries) had a really small portion. Is that a hint to say that one should not eat more while having tea... 😜
Overall, I do recommend this place to share good time over chai with your colleagues, pals...
