I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Royal Heaven, entering with the reasonable expectation of a comfortable and enjoyable experience. What I encountered instead was an utter travesty—a shameful display of hospitality so deplorable it defies comprehension. The staff’s complete and inexcusable disregard for even the most basic standards of service was nothing short of infuriating. From the outset, the incompetence was staggering. It took an unacceptable hour for the staff to deign to take our order, a delay that reflects a level of apathy utterly unbecoming of any establishment claiming to cater to guests. As if this were not egregious enough, we were then subjected to an additional half-hour wait, only to learn—without so much as a whisper of prior notification—that the items we had requested were unavailable. This flagrant failure to communicate is not merely disappointing; it is a profound insult to every guest who steps through the doors. The impact of this debacle cannot be overstated. What should have been a pleasant respite was transformed into an ordeal marked by frustration, wasted time, and mounting disbelief at the staff’s sheer ineptitude. In all my years of travel, I have never been subjected to such a disgraceful exhibition of negligence and disrespect. Hotel Royal Heaven has delivered, without question, the most abysmal hotel experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. I strongly caution anyone who values their time, dignity, or sanity to steer well clear of this deplorable...

Don't trust the positive reviews here! ❌ We traveled 100Km to try this place based on those reviews, but it was a huge disappointment. 😤

The ambiance is great for a relaxing evening, but the food is pathetic. 🤢 The chicken platter was undercooked and way too spicy. 🌶️ Even after we complained, they refused to replace it or remove it from the bill, saying we shouldn't have eaten it if we didn't like it. 😡

The mutton in the curry was like rubber, and the jeera rice was instant-fried, making it crispy instead of soft. 🤮

To top it off, they asked us to give them a 5-star review in exchange for a 10% discount every time we visit. 💰 That's how they get all those good reviews! 😒

Please don't fall for these fake reviews. ⚠️ This place is definitely not worth your time or money. Avoid This Place...

I had an appalling and shocking experience here and would strongly caution others against visiting this hotel,

After paying our bill and leaving, we received a call from the hotel, falsely accusing us of leaving without payment and even threatening to involve the police. This treatment was deeply disrespectful and completely unprofessional. To make such serious accusations without even taking a moment to check their own records is unacceptable. It’s shocking that a business would treat paying customers in this way. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I urge management to address their serious lack of proper procedures and customer respect.

I strongly say not recommend to all this hotel better to avoid.
