The WORST service I've service I've ever seen The manager in the AC hall was soo rude and egoistic, not accepting their own mistakes and talking back.

There's literally no cold water bottle available If we ask, they'll say fridge is broken I went there after another week, they said that the fridge is still broken WHAT KIND OF RESTURANT doesn't repair their fridge For a more than a week, they don't even seem to mind it

Coming to service The worst service Very late, they take wrong orders and don't even have decency to to return to original order or apologize, it's like it's no big deal for them.

We even said the main manager, he didn't seem to bither about it either

Food and ambience was good but not worth the frustration and bad service There are plenty other restaurants like spoorti, shangrilla etc... they're worth it. Not this I'm never going in here again and i suggest...

Good breakfast, not the best, but i think it ranks well in the city. Great ambiance and great interiors, this place looks really well. Well maintained and cleaned, wonder if this is a recently opened one.

I tried Puri bhaji and a single Uddin Vada (couldn't take picture for Vada). Puri Bhaji was good, i had asked for Puri Kurma but not sure what he gave. Taste didn't have much of typical kurma, seemed like a mix of kurma and bhaji. Yet, taste was good. I didn't like the chutney though, despite me coming early morning around 7am for breakfast, i was expecting a good fresh coconut chutney. Either the chutney is a mixed one with the previous day's or the coconuts available in this side of the town or city taste like this. It isn't that bad, but didn't seem too fresh. Haven't tried anything else yet, but so far so good.

Service is good and quick but there's no freshness, i guess either they've had bad sleep, or may be they are just bored with the job. 😜 Not judging the restaurant by this, but...

One of the best restaurants in our town. A bit pricy, since the change of the management, but it's fine as the taste is good. Also they do nice foil packaging for takeaways. Have been visiting this place almost since 15 years. And still they have made sure to maintain their presence in this road. Even after the completion of bypass, customers still eat here and it's always busy. Footfall may have reduced due to some stuff competition from other nearby restaurants, but they too are making sure to fight it.

Only problem that I saw is that the new management has hired many people who rarely can speak kannada, and I hope they improve on it in as they go ahead from here. You can try here whenever you visit Bijapur through Solapur or Belgaum bypass road. They also have hotel rooms in the top floor so it's an added bonus if you are staying here.
