If I could give them 6 stars, I would!! Absolutely exceptional hotel. We actually order food from them all the time (super tasty, especially their murgh peshawari). But it was my mom's birthday on a Saturday and we weren't able to get a booking for a table of 8 anywhere on a weekend night. Trishna not only ensured they gave us a booking but set it up in a nice private corner for us at no extra cost. The manager, staff, waiters were so polite, friendly and nice - I really have no words to highlight how much of a good time we had. The food was great - they even went beyond and made us items not on the menu and were super polite in explaining different things to us, being very flexible and accomodating of different diet needs, etc.. Towards the end, we expected a bill around 5,000 and got one for 3,500! And if this doesn't convince you enough, when I was checking the bill and saw the total lesser than the item cost, the manager said he gave us a small discount as a birthday gift of 500 rupees off on the bill. And if I hadn't checked, we wouldnt even have known they gave us a discount - that is how humble they were. They set up a cake cutting in front of a beautiful water fountain and mind you, didnt charge us anything for all this extra efforts. We will definitely be regular customers and are so thankful to the team at Trishna for making us have such a...
Read moreHotel Trishna exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing me to settle into my room in no time.
Speaking of the room, it was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with modern amenities that ensured a comfortable stay. The bed was plush and inviting, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.
One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the hotel's restaurant. The culinary offerings were diverse and delicious, showcasing both local delicacies and international cuisine. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide array of options to suit every palate.
The hotel's location was also ideal, situated in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet still within easy reach of all the major attractions. I appreciated the tranquility and serenity of the surroundings, allowing me to unwind and relax during my stay.
Overall, my experience at Hotel Trishna was nothing short of exceptional. From the attentive service to the comfortable accommodations, every aspect of my stay was top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay...
Read moreI ordered a chicken ghee roast for Sunday dinner for the family as usual as it is a nearby place. But the quantity and quality were both bad. First I'd called once I reached home on opening the box and finding only half the container. They said that it was as they'd served in the past years and the the full plate of ghee roast would have 8 pieces. And then another person came online and mentioned that due to lack in sales of ghee roast they'd reduced the quantity. But the price of Rs. 425 warrants for more than 200gm of chicken. Then he said it can be fixed on next order. Thinking that was the end of it, we sat down for dinner to find that the whole dish in itself was changed and it no longer tasted like a ghee roast but rather boiled chicken pieces added into fish masala. And the pieces themselves were sized like French fries with bones. So hardly anything to eat either. The older management had a better understanding of the taste of food compared to the ones now as the new guys hardly have a clue as to what is being served and what it should taste like. I would've been fine with reduced quantity but for boiled chicken dunked in fish masala gravy and finally add a half spoon of ghee is not to be called a chicken ghee roast. Been ordering and dining in past years since they first opened, but never such a pathetic service with...
