Worst ever customer service, the waitor guy was too rude with customers. This is happening for the third time here. The guy wasn't conversing in kannada and misunderstood what we're saying and brought something else other than we ordered and started shouting at us like he owns the hotel. Politeness is at its low. When the starter arrived he was kind of throwing the plates and spoons on the table. For the main course didn't even bother to provide plates and spoons to serve even though it's their duty to serve the food. Very very bad experience, would never recommend...
