Very less quantity of curries compared to the price, Rude attitude of the waiters.

Food is good, but the quantity they served it in was disappointing and is not appreciated. We came here as 13. We ordered three curries into rotis and naans. We expected the curries to be in a little large amount for 13 people. But then, the curries came in the amounts of less than a small bowl. It is honestly despairing as they couldn't satisfy at least under 15 people. I don't encourage the tactics they are playing at. They probably noticed our hunger and gave us in lesser quantities intentionally so that we would order more and they would bathe in money, but that is very melancholy to think of. It is your job to satisfy the customers you have. And, if they are always giving food in such amounts then they should be a little considerate and give us in a little larger quantities. The taste is satisfactory. But very disappointing. ☹️. There were frequent power outages and we had to eat our food in the dark. The curd rice was very spongy and porridge like and it was awful. In the Paneer curry there were barely 2 paneer pieces. The serving of food was late. We had to serve on our own, while they kept the miniature bowls of curries and rotis (which honestly looked like they were for fairies and pixies), on a single side of three joined tables!! We had to pass the dishes around for so long that the food would become cold. And the worst part is that they said they will come and serve food and we waited for so long! We waited until the food almost got top cold and served ourselves. Later, when we asked the waiter why he didn't come, he started yelling something in Kannada which we evidently couldn't understand but we managed to make our a few words. Apparantly, he was yelling that we were spread across and he couldn't serve for 13 people. If it is difficult for him to serve alone, he could've called another mate to help him out. Went here on my way back to Bangalore from Madikeri. I was alone and driving. There is enough space for parking and a lot of place inside the restaurant to sit and feel airy. Can buy some snacks for the drive as well. Food was tasty, had ordered dosa and coffee.

But a huge disappointment was the service, it was around 6 PM so it is not really an odd time to be here. They have multiple sections as it is a big place, the service folks kept shooing (sending) away customers who were entering their section. The service folks wanted customers to go to another section or seating area. Their explanation was that section is free. I had to change 3 tables before I could sit, I initially thought may be it is me. But, I could see that they were doing this constantly with other customers also. Customers were not particularly happy, there were about 8 people who settled down with some aged people and children and even they were asked to go to another section and eventually they came back as the folks from that section asked these customers to go back to the original section. Place was good, neatly maintained and pretty huge. Its themed after the Kannada movie of Dr. Rajkumar. Food was decent too with a wide variety of options in multiple cuisines. They have lots of juice and ice cream options as well. But the staff was very very unprofessional, not sure if it was because we went late at night but they were just so impatient, restless, hostile, irritating, annoying and rude. It felt like they were doing us a favor by being there and whatever we asked for they said it was not there (which would have been more than enough of the info) but no they went on to say, if you come this late and ask for such things, how can we give etc etc. Not just them, even the stores which were in the hotel complex, the staff over there was also very rude, I mean why do they want to have a business if they can't handle customers well. Anyways it's at a convenient place on the highway. Most of the tourists stop there, n it's the only big pure veg restaurant in the surrounding area, maybe that's why...
