Ordered Ultimate Savings Bucket Worth 691 Rs It does mean that I cannot Afford Ketch Ups, Just Given 3 Sachets of Ketchup along with the Order and when Asked for Extra Counter boy has cross checked with staff weather I had been offered with Ketch up or not and later with an Arogancy Replied that they cannot offer More than That instead I have to order Dips, As I said It’s not that I can’t Afford 50 Rs Dips it’s About A Customer Likes and Dislikes Since I like Ketch up I cannot Carry it from my home to Eat at Ur Restaurant or Purchase (Dips) Which I don’t like to eat Forcibly because of ur Strategy or Else Sell Ketchups at an Extra cost which we can purchase as no one comes to You for your Freebies.

With all these Drama of ur Outlet I have Not got Original Bill and they are Not even Equipped to Handle the System and They Took Hell lot of time to Provide a Duplicate Bill.

Staff Grooming, Communication, Attitude and Behaviour doesn’t Match the Standards of KFC Better you Give Proper Training or else it will spoil the Standards, Dont Initiate any Tough Actions on the Employe Pls Just Train as Failure of An Employe is an Failure of Their Leaders and Whole System...

Worst KFC outlet, not one issue this outlet has many issue. Staffs are rude, they are not familiar with catlog, bad communication skills kannada, english and hindi. Catalog display and billed amount will be different, even keeping GST amount, total bill amount will be different if you how to check then you can notice different else your money will be looted. Cleaning staffs will take orders on behalf of order taking guys. Train general coach toilets are far better that this outlet washrooms, Ladies and girls please avoid this outlet if you wany to use washroom. 4 wheeled vehicle sucks, parking is there but if you park then if you want to remove your car then you need atleast you need 3people help. Order taking guys they smoke in front of KFC outlet and without washing hands they serve your order. For name sake they clean the table but food waste will be there on chair corner of table etc. If staff relatives visit this outlet, they let them to kitchen are where they can touch, press and feel fried chicken, Only GOD should know relatives have washed there hands befor touching baked items. There are still more complaints, In shot i can say, i will no visit this outlet or order items from online food delivery app as well.

Worst experience with KFC online order!

The ordered food was delivered with the seal uncovered! When it was complained on the spot, the delivery boy said "This is how we pack, but there won't be any problem with the food inside"

However, when we opened it, to our shock, some items were missing (not matched our order)

Immediately we brought it to the notice of the KFC branch here in Mandya. But their response made us to irritate more. They made us to wait so long keeping us uninformed about what actually happened. It was later said packing was done carefully! But our question was were did some items go missing?? Still no response from KFC at all!!
