Little Delicious Restaurant — Restaurant in Karnataka

Wise to give 1/2 star but in kolar rating does not matter. Been going to this restaurant since pre COVID. As this is only place we get shawarma. I have been so regular that the receptionist know me and I am so familiar with the rate of the restaurant.

But recent days the staff is very arrogant and very careless in taking order. Today i ordered a shawarma like always i mentioned extra onions. The receptionist acknowledged and told for extra onions to his team(shawarma preparing person) Yet they gave me without Onion. On asking if the onions were added the receptionist told it's not added.

His reply Till date We never add onions ( i always order shawarma with onions. They have been giving it for years) I said I requested for extra onions. Next reply You told us to add less onions. We added little portion of onions.

So basically he is confused with the order . First he say we never add onions so didn't add later he says he added little. The actual thing was they did a mistake by making the order wrong and was not ready to accept it. Obviously I had to get into a heated argument because they way they said.

(When I say argument no one will speak politely when someone does like this especially when it is done when your hungry)

After a heated argument when I said give my money back then he is adding onions. I had to take my money leave. If he was able to add onions why couldn't at first place.

Had Chicken Shawarma, Vej fried rice and Gobi Manchurian here. Chicken Shawarma was okay okay, which was contain only chicken shawarma with cabbage, it contained no pickeld Carrot, Cilli or Beatroot just chicken mayonnaise and cabbage. Vej fried rice had verry less vegetables and no salt and no spices, it was just bland tasted oil fried rice. Gobi Manchurian contains no spices just bland tasted with lot of oil. Located in the heart of Kolar city. Offers best rolls and chicken starters. Grill chicken is juicy and lip smacking. I have never tasted such tasty mayonnaise till date.
