My visit to Naimisha dry fruits and coffee shop left much to be desired. The coffee I ordered was one of the worst I've ever had in my lifetime, and to make matters worse, the taste was overshadowed by the cashier girl's rude behaviour. Her lack of courtesy and friendliness made the experience even more unpleasant.
It's disappointing to encounter such behavior, and it reflects poorly on the establishment. Demanding extra money for simple requests like takeaway paper cups, especially when the bill is already few hundreds rupees plus, is not acceptable. Such actions only serve to alienate customers and tarnish the shop's reputation.
Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and a consistently unfriendly and frustrated demeanor from the staff will undoubtedly deter repeat customers. If this attitude persists, the shop may struggle to maintain its presence in the market.
