The worst experience ever happened here today❗😡

My mom fell because of their poor seating atmosphere. There is wooden block under the seats across the hotel and the staff did not even inform/warn us before we headed to have our seat!

They had not even turned the lights ON across once this incident happened.

My mom couldn't lift her hand due to bad fall and had to get X-ray and no under medication.

Also there was no water in the washroom today! There were buckets with jugs to pour and it was very unhygienic.

They did not even wave/reduced the total amount of our evening snacks.

Even the customer bedside us complained the same as she was about to trip over the same wooden block.

We had initially sat in the AC compartment but the flies/mosquito around there made us leave and sit outside but then this incident took place!
