New Annapoorna veg family restaurant — Restaurant in Karnataka

I'm a frequent visitor of this restaurant, since it's on my way home.

Here is my honest review,

North Indian food tastes okay, not bad but portions are way too less for the price! It's literally half! Disappointed! Imagine a small bowl of dal will cost 150+ rs as if its a 3 star hotel but the service is no way close!

Service is okay..not experienced staff and not service minded

The only advantage of this restaurant is the location, its easily identifiable on the highway and parking space too

Prices are five-star level and not worth the ambience. Food was overpriced and ambience is like a self-service darshini we prefer for daily eats and not a comfort dine.

No family section or private space. It seats only 35 patrons divided into 6 tables. There was no A/C and ceiling fans; the wall mounted fans were struggling to cool the place.

Food taste and quality was average: decent and hygenic but not worth the overpriced rates.

During a travel we reached the hotel by 8:45PM ordered masala dosa and set dosa . Before completing the dinner we ordered one more masala dosa. The guy said dosa is closed at 9. It was just 9:02! We said the meal is not over. But then a lady in the reception also came and started arguing. What a customer service. Why u guys are not giving any importance to ur customers.
