My recent experience at Nisarga Restaurant left much to be desired, particularly regarding their service efficiency. The one-hour wait time for a simple dish like Gobi Manchurian highlighted significant operational challenges that need addressing.
While the restaurant appears to be working with new staff, which explains some of the confusion, there's a pressing need for better training and crowd management systems. The lack of coordination among servers was evident, with multiple staff members asking the same questions and orders seemingly getting lost in translation. This resulted in unnecessarily long wait times and frustrated customers.
The restaurant shows potential – the ambiance is pleasant, and once our Gobi Manchurian finally arrived, the preparation was decent. However, the excessively long wait time for a relatively straightforward dish overshadowed the food quality. For a restaurant aiming to serve its customers well, streamlining their kitchen operations and improving communication between staff members should be top priorities.
Some suggestions for improvement would include implementing a proper order tracking system, better training for new staff, and having experienced supervisors during peak hours to manage the flow of orders. Simple steps like acknowledging delays and keeping customers informed about their order status would also help manage expectations better.
While I understand that new staff need time to adjust, basic service efficiency shouldn't be compromised. Until these operational issues are addressed, customers might want to plan their visits during off-peak hours or be prepared for potentially...
Read moreTo have lunch went Along with family members to Nisarga family Restaurant on 25/09/2025. It's on Poona Bengaluru national highway, near Toll plaza at Harihara. Only Vegetarian food is served.
The restaurant is spacious , easily accessible from High way, with parking facility for Cars and Trucks. Good washrooms available, which needs further upkeep. We had ordered Aloo Paratha with Curd. Butter Kulcha, Bhendi Masala ( ladies finger), Veg Kolhapuri , Curd Rice.
Aloo Parota served hot , tasted great with Curd. Onion salad along with stir fried green chillies served, tasted good with Both Kulcha and Parota. Bhendi Masala was cooked well , tasted good and tasty, no extra chilly. Veg Kolhapuri was , it was dry , not gravy one. Similar to Kadai Veg dish. Spice coefficient was less, had all Masala with less Chilly. It was OK. Butter Kulcha served hot and tasty. Curd Rice was excellent, prepared from tender curd, Enjoyed the Curd rice , Bhendi Masala, Butter Kulcha 😋
Service was good and attentive. Hope to visit again to taste other delicacies. Suggestions: washroom upkee6ans Dining area house keeping. I am confident both possible...
Read moreDuring my journey from Shimoga to Bangalore, I attempted to grab some breakfast. Unfortunately, there were very limited options along this route. Surprisingly, even at 8 o'clock, there was no one available to assist us. Eventually, a staff member arrived and requested us to wait for another 10 minutes, despite the fact that we had already been waiting for that duration. A brief peek into the kitchen gave us a clear indication of its poor cleanliness, prompting us to leave without dining. So, I cannot provide any feedback regarding the food quality. However, I must mention that their service and cleanliness standards were lacking. On the bright side, there is ample parking...
