Organic Mandya Office — Restaurant in Karnataka

We went to the Organic Mandya Shivalli store enroute to Bangalore. The place has a restaurant, supermarket and few more shops to it. Facilities/ ambience are great, food is ok. Price wise a little on the higher side. Can they win my trust, Yes truly, they can as a store. But there was a huge fight going on when we were having food. Some guys were verbally abusing each other in foul language, but unfortunately no staff dared to come out and stop it. Customers like get bullied by such incidences. Either people talk about regionalism, language etc and create ruckus. Staff is ok, since I saw one waiter serve a fallen spoon from the ground to an senior citizen. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TEAM ORGANIC MANDYA.

They called for 3 days interview and also selected. After that joined and 5 days reported to Organic office at location S I KODIHALLI but they told your job on hold up to 20 days due to some issues.

In fact they don't have clarity with this, without clarity they called for interview 3 times and also selected.

Kindly Note this point - Request to all team Organic management level people don't invite anybody to interview If there is no vacancy available in your organisation. And don't do this way and don't lie...
