I just wanted to share an incident happened with me and my friends ..... The lady who took the order was very rude and she asked us to order online so we would get some discount but me and my friends said that we don't want any discount just take our order.... But that lady forced us to do so and she told one of us to order it from zomato and as we were ordering she took the phone and told us that she is entering some discount code and when she returned my friend's phone she added a review on behalf of us ... And rated 5 stars for food , service and atmosphere before giving us our ordered stuff..

So be careful don't give ur phone to any of the staff here ...

And the pizza base was overcooked....

Seriously the other branches of pizza hut in kalaburgi offer an amazing service+quality food but this one...

I had ordered using their app on 19th March 2022. Yes many months ago. They couldn't deliver it and the delivery boy was lost. So they had to cancel it but I've not yet received refund! Few more months and it will be first year anniversary of my failed order. The issue is somehow the app has taken another random number and the delivery executive was not able to reach me obviously. Please fix your backend guys.

Pizza hut has the best pizzas. The bread is more delicious compared to other brands like dominos and chezato. If you want the real taste of pizza it's pizza hut. Prices are little expensive. Ambience is good though place is small. Tables are not that clean like you expect from a brand. Washroom also needs to be clean. Place is at the junction kargae. Can be easily located and very good ample space for car parking. You can do shopping for groceries and dress as...
