Your executive named Ms. Dhanu took order for Choco volcano cake and later told she would serve Brownie instead since choco lava is out of stock.
Later after we finished dining,we found that Brownie costs Rs. 20 less and checked with her for difference amount and terribly upset with her behavior.
She should check stock before confirming order.
Let's assume she forgot to check stock,but atleast should inform us that we have paid 20 rupees extra and check with us on how we can adjust that amount in next order.
We indeed placed 1 extra pizza order and no offer was made to adjust this amount.
Her only defence was she thought both items cost same. It is hard to believe this since they work with menu everyday and she is only building up a lame story.
She asked us to pay 45 extra and take a ice cream (worth 65) to adjust the difference amount. Would be happy to do that if not for all the misses done by her as stated above and slightest sense of being apologetic and not even a word of sorry. So i rejected this offer since I can't spend more money inspite of having bitter experience already!
So asked her to pay from her own pocket since she has to remember lot of lessons here. She paid 20 rupees and was very rude and told she doesn't want to learn any lesson from me.
She took 20 rupees from store counter and placed on counter rudely.

I am not stepping inside any of your stores after this episode.
Let me know what corrective actions you will take to teach your staff about basic customer Management. I want a call back from the store manager and hear what action manager has taken to address rude staff behaviour.

Firstly, When we walked in there was water leaking near the door and it was really hot they did not bother to turn the account on.
Secondly, When we tried to order the choco lava or the fries etc they said it was "unavailable " and we did order, they took an insanely long time to serve.
Thirdly, The food was insanely over priced and not worth it and they increased the price quite a lot for 'GTS'
Fourthly, We got 2 rounds of food the first was 2 pizzas,fries and choco lava but they said there was no fries so we paid for the pizzas and choco lave but after we got the pizzas, they said that they did not have choco lava cake and they will replace with a brownie we thought that they were the same price so we agreed.
Fifthly, The food was not good and tasteless.
Sixthly, Then,we checked the menu to order the 2nd round we saw the the brownie was ₹99 and the choco lava was ₹119 but they did not mention anything. We about to walk out then and they did not say anything, so I asked them and they said they forgot and they thought that both were the same price so they told us they will give ₹15 back those bakas we asked them why and they went rambling about got then got a calculator and they got it as ₹20 so they asked what we would get with that money but there was nothing for that much so they said puy us more and we will a ₹60 kulfi which we don't even want so we said no and they said that they can't give money so my dad got angry and scolded them about work ethics and they 'threw' ₹20 at us , screaming at us not to scold them about their work ethics and we told them to give the money properly and they did not so we took the money and left .

Management : Naveen needs a bit of hospitality training. He’s rude and shows attitude as if he owns the place. When asked for the manager he says he is the manager which I’m pretty sure is a lie. In the end on casual talk he says he’s working here from 4 months. Who gets promoted to manager in 4 months when he doesn’t know how to behave with a customer ?
He gets aggressive when questioned. But after the initial altercation he mended his behaviour a lil and took good care and served well. He became extra sweet in the end cause he wanted the survey and literally asked for all good scores. I think I should give what I feel is right over my free will?

Anyways, the other staff (ladies )were sweet. Just train Naveen (I think he was the only male staff) to be a bit more humble and receiving and respectful.
