PlanB Electronic City — Restaurant in Karnataka

Went on a day when they were truly tested. It was pouring and guess what they do not have valet. Their cemented parking can only take up around 8 odd cars and it was full so I called the restaurant manager ( Raju )who after 3 calls finally answered and when I asked him where should I park, he showed me to the open grounds that stood at least 6 inches of water if not more. When asked how do u expect me to walk through this, his response was that it’s not something I can help with. I gave up and told him I would leave, and he did not try one bit to keep me. To my luck while driving out I found a parking slot as one car moved out and I decided to give them another chance. But that’s my biggest mistake. After going in, I’m given a menu off which almost everything I tried ordering is not available.when I checked with staff, they said we can’t do much. Anyways, I think I wasted my evening and was a lost cause as I had already experienced their manager who I knew would not do anything to help so I left and decided to go cheer for India some place else as these guys just ruined my evening. Let me start with Parking, security was helpful in parking the vehicle at right place and correct position, since it was raining he made sure we are covered under umbrella from car to entrance. As soon as we entered people whom were sitting outside open sky area were standing inside as there was not much space under the covered area. We waited about 15 minutes, rain water was dripping from the ceiling in couple of places, got the table arranged inside. Ordered starters and drinks it was good and staff's were prompt and courteous, felt nice so went ahead and ordered Pizza which is their main course items(Pizza and Burger). Ordered couple of Pizza one in Veg and Non Veg each plus Lime soda Sweet n Salt, got them on table within 10 mins but regretted while eating the 1st bite and thought came both the Pizzas are wasted, base was crunchy and toppings were not upto the mark it was all cheese, entire mood was spoiled. Good location away from all the city hustle and bustle.. Some work was underway, so it was a bit noisy. (may not be there in the evenings i reckon)

We went for lunch and to our surprise the waiter said they do not have ice cubes, so cocktails and mocktails could not be prepared.

Said they offer bogo on draught beer.. Ordered them.

For starters we ordered fiery chicken, peri peri wings and masala peanuts. All 3 dishes tasted ok. No complaints

The starter options are very limited and priced on the higher side. Overall the menu was limited. They serve only chicken, not even eggs.

The choco lava cake was rich in cinnamon flavour and we loved it.

I felt the place was a bit sultry. No aircon, just a giant fan which is insufficient

When the bill arrived, i said I'll pay on swiggy money, for which he said the bogo offer cannot be applied if paying through swiggy money.
