Based on reviews, we decided to visit this restaurant and drove around 2 hours from South Bengaluru to get here. The property is impressive, with a scenic view, ample parking, a children’s play area, car charging stations, a toy shop, and even a pan stall—everything you might need is on-site. The ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant are pleasant, making it an ideal spot for family or friends to enjoy a leisurely outing beyond just lunch. The service was outstanding; the staff were polite, attentive, cheerful, and very accommodating. However, the food did not fully meet expectations. While the starters—like Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Lollipop, Paneer Tikka, and Masala Papad—were enjoyable, the Crispy Corn was too salty. The Paneer Biryani was decent, but the Chicken and Mutton Biryanis were disappointing, especially the Chicken Biryani, which had stale chicken with an off smell. I reported this to the service manager and staff, who acknowledged it but couldn’t offer a resolution or compensation, which was really surprising. Deserts are okay, had Carrot Halwa, Butterscotch Ice cream, Lime Juice and Sweet-n-Salt Lime Soda. In summary, it’s a beautiful place worth visiting, but perhaps avoid non-veg items on busy weekends or festive days. Otherwise, it’s a pleasant experience, and hopefully, others might have better luck with the food quality.

Overall I loved the taste of all foods I have tried here. This is a very good option to have your food while you are in Tirupati Highway and you need to travel a long distance. This place opens at 11:30 a.m. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian options are there. Enough sitting arrangement. Service is good. Atmosphere is good. Food is yummy. We have tried below items... Starters 1. Chicken Kalmi (4 pieces) must try 2. Garlic Chicken (Chinese preparation) very tasty (12 Pieces) 3. French Fries Salty Beverages 1. Sweet Lime Soda 2. Sweet Lassi (very tasty) Main Course 1. Garlic Naan 2. Jeera Rice 3. Chicken Butter Masala (Chicken pieces are shraded) 4. Shahi Paneer Korma (very tasty, little bit sweeter, proper Paneer pieces around 10-12 pieces) Desert 1. Gajar Ka Halwa (Less sweet, tasty) Jeera Rice was complementing chicken Butter masala in a great deal. You can try these two items together here. Washroom is very clean. Overall place is very clean and well maintained. In the campus only they are having a dedicated toy store.

An amazing place with resort kinda vibes…! Visited this place during my way back to Bengaluru from Kolar. Located on the highway and got a spacious parking space. Right from the entrance to the dining area, brewery area and the lawn area everything looks great and feels like you are in a resort. Food is good, we ordered peshawai paneer tikka and the peri peri french fries, Paneer tikka was really good in terms of portion size and the looks. The paneer was soft n juicy which ensures that it was fresh. Seasoning was just perfect with proper spices n oils. The seasoned vegetables n the side salad just elevated the test of the paneer. But The fries were bit disappointing, they weren’t made from scratch, they were hard n dry, they appeared to be from “ready to eat” frozen fries. Hence cutting down a star The dining area was clean and well maintained. Staff is polite and attentive. Service is quite quick. The washrooms are maintained in good conditions, it’s a perfect rest stop for your journey

I recently had the pleasure of dining at RK's Family Restaurant during the trip from Chennai to Bangalore, and I must say that it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Located on the Bengaluru - Tirupati Highway, RK's offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly lives up to its name as a family-friendly establishment.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The decor was tastefully done, with comfortable seating arrangements and charming touches that added to the overall welcoming vibe.

Moving on to the food, RK's truly exceeded my expectations. The menu featured a wide variety of dishes to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you're in the mood for classic comfort food or something more adventurous, RK's has you covered.

I started my meal with their signature appetizer, the chicken Lollipop . It was cooked to perfection, with a delicate reddish coating and tender texture. The accompanying dipping sauce added a burst of flavor that complemented the dish beautifully.

For the main course, I opted for their grilled chicken with lemon butter sauce and chicken biriyani. The grilled chicken was incredibly fresh and flaky, cooked just right to retain its natural juiciness. The lemon butter sauce was light and tangy, enhancing the flavors of the chicken without overpowering it. The dish was served with a side of perfectly cooked vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes, completing a well-rounded and satisfying meal.

One aspect that truly stood out during my dining experience at RK's was the exceptional service. The staff members were attentive, and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had a memorable experience. From suggesting menu items to promptly refilling drinks, their attention to detail was commendable.

Another notable highlight was the restaurant's dedication to catering to families. The kids' menu offered a great selection of dishes that were both tasty and nutritious, making it an ideal destination for family outings. The restaurant also provided a comfortable and safe environment for children, with high chairs, coloring activities, a Toy shop, and a play area to keep them entertained.

To top off the delightful meal, I indulged in one of RK's delectable desserts: the gulab jamun. Served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it was the perfect ending to a fantastic dining experience.

In conclusion, RK's Family Restaurant is a hidden gem that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. With its inviting atmosphere, diverse menu, excellent service, and dedication to families, it ticks all the boxes for a remarkable restaurant visit. Whether you're dining with loved ones or looking for a satisfying meal on your own, RK's is a must-visit destination that will leave you...

We stopped by RK’s family restaurant for a late lunch while coming back from Kotilingeshwara temple to Bangalore. This restaurant is not hard to find as they start advertising about their establishment on the Kolar highway well in adage through billboards.

We ordered the VEG KADAI, DAL TADKA, MASALA PAPAD, VEG BIRIYANI, GARLIC BUTTER NAAN, PLAIN TANDOORI ROTI, SWEET N SOUR LEMON SODA. The food tasted really well and one could easily make out that it was freshly prepared. The dal wasn’t hot initially but they took it back and re prepared it which was a good sign. Nothing on the ordered menu was sub par. The only challenge one might face would be to handle the spice level of the food. The veg kadai was super spicy and so were the dal and Biriyani. If you’re a fan of spicy food, then you’d love it otherwise the constant jumping from taking a bite to a sipping your drink could ruin your dining experience.

The service was no less than how you would want when you’re starving. Roshan from the serving staff took good care of us and ensured that our dining experience was worth remembering. He kept taking the feedback from us and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that none of our demands was unanswered. So full marks for the hospitality.

Ambience of the restaurant is like any other average restaurant located on a national highway, nothing posh but catering to the essential needs like having an air conditioner and clean cutlery. The overall compound is very inviting as they’ve got a huge space for parking. They also have a small outlet for quick shopping and a cafe on the first floor if you want to engage in some casual drinking...

While on the way to Bangalore, and return from Bangalore. I used to halt at this place for a quick relax to have some tea/coffe/starters, also used to spend some time here with friends and family as well.

Recently I had a bad experience, I went to this restaurant in the evening around 4:30 on Sunday and asked if Mutton biryani is available. They said yes and after 10 mins they said it's not available and chicken biryani is available. I waited for Almost 15 mins and finally one service person came and said Mutton Biryani is available and it's ready serve. That food was the one which was refused to take by others.

I was clearly seeing all the drama. I politely told him this is not wright. Once you said no MB means no. Then he apologized and brought me the CB which was left for the day and also that was refused to take by other person.

And the food they served was roasted at the surface and was utterly not good. Forget about taste. And I was really disappointed at the end and tried to raise a concern and no one cared about it. I simply paid RS. 600/- change for other starter and ice cream I have taken.

My review ll always be genuine and I don't mean to down their business. Need to improve a lot on quality/dignity standards.

Its not worth visiting this palce. You can go Empire Grand. There the standards are not so great but good. You ll receive quality and tasty food and you...
