Royal Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Karnataka

On 23rd July 2022 while proceeding on a monsoon holiday to Chikmagalur we happen to have dinner at the highway - 'Royal Family Restaurant'. The ambience is very good. We had dinner in a separate enclosure. The food we ordered was superb in taste. The garlic naan was fantastic, full of garlic and crispy. It was not rubbery at all. In vegetable dishes we had ordered paneer butter masala and kadhai veg. Both the veg items were very, very delicious. We had ordered jeera fried rice too. That too was very nice. If you happen to pass by that road then I recommend that it is worth having food there. It is full value for money. The service too was fast, we didn't have to wait much for the food to be served. Faced a very bad experience at the first visit itself. The cashier is very rude, lacks basic courtesy, and very poor at handling customers. They have issues with receiving mobile payments. But they will reveal about this issue only after you do the payment. The amount will get deducted from your account and you will get the SMS too. But, he will say that he has not received the amount. Worst experience at royal daaba.The workers don't care whatever happens to customer. They lock gates very early. We had a baby in emergency we wanted bottle of water to baby. no one bothered just they want to close the gate. And they didn't gave the menu list. While ordering.Chiken per plate 800/ rs he had charged. We family had visited many daaba like chandu, veerus,etc and quantity of food also. Please close the daaba. Because you people are cheaters,moneymakers....
