Where do we start? Let's start with hot water. The answer I received from receptionist/waiter/cook(perhaps!) was that it took 45 mins for it to arrive as it had to be prepared. Not sure if he planned on adding spices, Biryani masala, turmeric and other Sagar multicuisine special ingredients. Moving on to the starters, they have managed to keep the authentic south Indian rasam recipe in panner butter masala, chicken 88, chicken fry, chicken mughulai and kholapuri. Yes same curry different heroes of the dish. Well, I had the chicken dishes, and indeed chicken was the hero of the dish, at some point it tried to run out of my plate. Hoof! Quite a struggle trying to kill it. But all in all, it was a very nice experience as I'm happy to say that it has beat hotel Mayura in Chitradurga, and has taken the first spot in top ten worst restaurants in the world. I...

Well , The server /captain here has a amazing hobby of collecting straws and decorating his walls ..why you may ask ? Because he refuses to give you one for the juice you order. His rebuttal ? Drinking without a straw makes you stronger says the man .

Yahi nahi abhi aur Suniye , We order manchow soups , waiting for close to 30 mins , we ask where is the order ? He says soups are not available only to come back later saying how many soups do you want. for a moment there we felt like ordering 10 servings of soups and gush it down his throat !

They have no sense of time , No sense of flavour on the food , and absolutely no sense of Service . Go eat at multiple other options available at Kalasa.

If you go here , he'll only suck your patience..probably with those straws he...

Cheating hotel, I went to kalasa tour on December _19 month . By seeing Google review I visited for lunch. I ordered few items with panneer Tikka by thinking that price will be reasonable . But I surprised that panneer Tikka cost is RS. 280 with just small four piece of panneer. I asked the billing counter that why panneer Tikka item not listed and price provided in menu. But billing counter person replied very arrogantly that do you know cost of panneer let KG ?!. Finally taste of all item are worst and very poor service. I feel that few of people given fake review and star rating for this hotel .better try any small hotel is better than this cheating hotel not given any tax bill and there is no card...
