Shanthi Bites — Restaurant in Karnataka

On the way to Mangalore to Bangalore we stopped by Kushalnagar Shanti Bites. Ordered Chicken Biriyani, Chicken Kebab, Chicken noodles, Chicken roast and Lime soda . Have to say the food was unexpectedly good and the portion was appropriate. No extra flavouring due to which there was no heavy and drowsy feel.

After completion we were provided complimentary juices.

Chicken Biriyani 1plate provided with raita Chicken roast 🍗 - 1 large piece with thick gravy. Chicken kebab 1plate Chicken noodles 1plate 2 lime sodas

Sufficient for 2people , we later packed the chicken noodles as we were full and had to travel.

Cost for 2 -- 1k Atmosphere was good.

Ambiance: -Located in first floor in some complex kind of building. -spacious but won't be able to handle a crowd. -cleanly maintained washrooms and toilets- which is one of the main reasons we had been here

Service: -polite and friendly -takes around 10-15 minutes to get what you ordered

Food: -chapati and veg kadai: Best kadai we have had till date. -curd rice: onions in curd rice was a very bad idea and the amount served was also too much. Stay away from this one 😌

The worst customer service I ever had. The waiter didn't even give water till 30 mins. Later we went and took the water mug. We ordered some food and ate, but no one asked what else we need. Our plates were empty but the person was simply sitting at the desk and didn't even come to our table. I went and asked for the bill then immediately he came with the bill. Such a ridiculous customer experience. If they are running out of man power, then they should have put a board as closed. Not to treat a customer...
