Would have given negative stars if possible. The person at the counter was chewing paan and talking with his mouth full of it when I asked him for the menu. Even if I ignored his rude and derogatory behaviour, I couldn't ignore his lack of personal hygiene and manners. The food took ages to come and turned out to be the most bland and average food I've ever had the displeasure of having. The staff was untrained, rude and dirty. The premises were untidy and basic hygiene was a rare sight here. If the owners of this restaurant are reading this review, please consider an alternative form of business. The customer facing food business is not your cup of tea and you would be better off running something closer to an animal farm considering your hygiene standards and...

It's very sad to say that the service standards at this restaurant are getting worse day by day, today it has crossed all the limits, It took almost 2 hours to get 2 phulkas and 1 jeera rice that too not in peak hours. the waiting time was horrible and service was pathetic. First I was given a menu card and after that it took half an hour to somebody to attend. The waiters were not in uniform and behaved unprofessionally. They were not serving the food, was literally throwing food items to plate. No finger bowl was given, even for the bill, i had to go to counter. May be it doesn't have capability to be rated as 2 🌟...... It was weekend we just wanted to have our food outside we choosed Shanti Sagar..... Beneath the table lot of masqutoes troubling you during your food, butter nan and kulcha was very hard, pannir butter masala was very ordinary cooked without kaaju......and at last curd rice provided was from the fridge..... I mean it's an old stock.. .... Not even single person from my family were satisfied including children had a bad time......... I don't recommend this place to...
