This is an old restaurant that is still functioning like when it started. They have not changed with the changing times.

Food taste is good; but sometimes hygiene can be questionable… esp in rush hours.

The locals love this place and it is in a busy market area, hence it is always crowded.

Downstairs is standing only Upstairs is seating; but service is very slow upstairs

Cost is reasonable across the menu Menu has a decent variety

Parking is roadside only and very very difficult to find for 4 wheelers.

It is not wheelchair or kids friendly

Their lunch meals/thali is tasty and inexpensive (Only INR 70) as of this review date

Poori bhaji is not served with the traditional alu masala; instead it is given with some kind of a kannada version of kurma… which is not tasty at all.

Parcel is given in plastic bags

Kitchen hygiene doesn’t look so good.

While the management there is business oriented, wants to run a good restaurant business,

The employees lack EFFICIENCY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ATTITUDE

I suggest everyone avoid this place. They treat customers like criminals.

We trust them blindly to deliver quality service but they don't. They do mistakes by either delivering wrong items or not delivering the ordered items at all. But when mistakes are pointed out, instead of apologising and correcting them, they will first try refuting the mistakes, gaslight customers that we are at fault for pointing them out to them. That loyal customers are out to destroy their business and cause losses to them. And say how dare we point out their mistakes.

That is not a customer oriented attitude. That is not how customers...
