If you're a fan of South Indian cuisine, Open Dosa and Idli are two must-try dishes. Open dosa is a fun twist on the classic dosa — served open-faced with toppings like spicy chutneys and sometimes even grated cheese or podi. It’s perfect for those who love dosa but want a bit of extra flair and spice. Idlis are the heart of any South Indian breakfast Soft, fluffy, and perfectly steamed. When served hot with coconut chutney and sambar, they become the ultimate comfort food. Mangalore Buns A pleasant surprise on the menu, Mangalore buns are a sweet and savory treat made from mashed ripe bananas, flour, and a touch of spice. Deep-fried to golden brown, they are soft and slightly sweet on the inside with a crisp outer layer. These pair wonderfully with coconut chutney or even just a cup of strong filter coffee. This trio — open dosa, idli, and Mangalore buns Offers a balanced mix of spice, softness, and a hint of sweetness. Whether you’re a longtime fan of South Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, this combination hits all the right notes. Fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.

A wonderful place for all the 3 foods in any day. Especially on this highway this is probably one and only completely satisfying vegetarian hotel, where you will not be disappointed almost anytime. The preparation, presentation, hygiene, speed & the pleasant behaviour of the staff. No reason to reduce any point may it be Food, Service & Atmosphere. Come, Visit n Enjoy

We usually visit this place while traveling to Bangalore from shimoga for tea break.. the first time we visited we had bonda soup and dahi vada. Dahi vada was so and so.. bonda soup was really good. Second time we had onion pakoda. They were crispy and done well.. also thier tea and coffee is pretty decent

The food here was tasty. We had ordered all types of rice they had in order to taste the variety of rice South Indians have. We enjoyed the Rasam rice and Curd rice recommended. Apart from the food, washrooms were clean and there was plenty of outdoor parking available, which made our visit convenient and comfortable. Just one thing that should be changed is, whenever there is a wait, customers themselves have to find a table where its prior ones are about to finish and go wait there. If the management themselves provide this service then it would be great. The problem with it was that we had to wait in front of a table until the prior ones finished which felt awkward for us and also for the ones sitting there. Another thing was that the waiters are not only handling your table but others too so it takes them time to serve so ordering in advance can save time. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially because of the authentic flavors and the warm ambiance. The staff were polite and helpful whenever approached, and the place maintained good hygiene. We would definitely recommend this place for a relaxed South...

Kadur was only a road junction few years back. Quiet a few hotels have sprung in the recent times. And Vinayaka cafe stands as prominent & a landmark. Basic three qualities of a hotel.. taste, hygiene & service are well taken care. It's difficult to maintain all the three . I should pat the management for consistently maintaining for a long time. I spoke to the owner, bearers and local people too.... Ratings are good. Majority of the customers are tourists and travellers. I have had breakfast, lunch & dinner. All the three are good though I feel, north indian food is a bit maida tuned, tastes good. Tatte idli is special. Even tumkur town, famous for tatte idli dish, does not offer such a healthy tatte idli. I am writing this review after 3 years of regular visit. It's a surprise for a...
