We were coming back from Dubare forest, hungry and our friend found this place. It's a hidden gem.

So it is inside a resort called Sixth element. We found its location on map and were following map. For a moment we were puzzled where is the restaurant. Then we entered into the property and were able to find it. It's a huge private farm where one side there is a resort - mostly villas for stay and other side is restaurant among huge green field with food products coming straight from fields.

It was a hot sunny day but the seating area is so airy we didn't feel hot when we sat inside. It was soothing, pleasent and comfortable. Ample space to eat, walk around and to rest. In front of restaurant, there is a play area with lots of options to play but the grass around it was of good height making it scary for kids to go there without a supervision or push. Kids had good time there playing with us. Even we adults did monkey bars, slides n all. The pics attached are enough to give you an idea.

Coming to food, we ordered local dishes to give a try and the staff delivered the best for the day. We had chicken starters , chicken curry - local dish prepared local way. We repeated them as they were amazing in taste. We ordered pasta, breads also and those were also amazing. Cherry on top was brownie with ice cream. It was an amazing meal. Service was prompt, polite. Even after having lunch, we all ( 4 adults 2 kids ) were just sitting in the restaurant having an amazing time. May be if we come next time to coorg, we can stay in the resort basis this experience.

I would highly recommend this place to friends, families and people in my circle to enjoy food with amazing view, open air place and...

I do not know if it was our bad luck or the restaurant functions that way, but more than half the items on the menu were not available.. Next, we had ordered a starter for the kids about half an hour before reaching the place, but they served it after abt 30mins after we reached there, inspite of specifying that we need it first as the kids were very hungry. Next, I do not know if I will ever come across any other dish like what they call Mexican tacos!! Atleast 2 to 3 tbsp of oil was dripping from each taco.. I returned the dish and told the waiter to cancel the order but he said he can’t cancel as one piece was already consumed( by a kid who was super hungry and could not wait anymore to get their starter) How lame is that!! It’s like we have to just eat whatever is served to us!!

And and and , how could I forget about the “paneer caeser salad”!! Wanted to meet the chef for it actually!! There is no point eating a salad at all, filled with mayonnaise and was made into the most unhealthiest salad!! 🤮

Tho the food was a let down , Thought of buying icecream for the kids but neither the artisanal nor the homemade icecream was available that day!!

We went there after reading multiple reviews about the ambience and surroundings but there is nothing exceptional during summer.. no water is seen around

Definitely not worth driving all the way in search of this place.. will not recommend anyone...

The place is great!! Great food, courteous staff and a really nice ambiance.

I had been here with a bunch of my friends on a Saturday late afternoon. Even though it was almost reaching closing hours, they served us food. The food was great, everything we ordered tasted really good. The quantity is ample too, nothing to complain about at all. We ordered Indian, Italian and Chinese and all of them tasted great. So you do get to know that they have a diverse cuisines 😛.

The service was amazing!! The food came quick and they served us well over regular timings as well since we had travelled for longer hours and reached there pretty late.

The place has a very serene touch to it. The rain made it better for us. There are shacks there too. The bathroom is clean and well maintained. There is a small playground right in front of the place for kids to play as well.

As for the price, it is fairly priced. The cost is actually great considering the ambiance and the kind of place it is situated in. We were expecting the place to be pricey, but it was not. It was worth the money.

Overall it's a great place. Highly...

Yes, sure! Nice menu card ... But you won't be needing it! Just ask the waiter! Saves you the energy, that they would anyway waste away! Kitchen closes at 3.30 pm. Though they are open through the day! Couple of recommended dishes turned out to be Nah! Eg - honey chilly potato! Basically french fries in some kinda sweet sauce! Definite NO! Coorgi chicken wasnt done well. Prawn ghee roast and Naans were good. For all the hype about using local and tying up with farmers, they had used dried and coloured muttar (green peas) for veg biriyani! (In Coorg in October 🤐). Nothing eloquent about the setting and space either. Only consolation for having convinced my peeps.. it wasn't over-priced. Super slow service. 7 km drive from main road. Approach to resort is tricky. So is parking. Probably 40 packs. Wood flooring makes for bouncy eating. So maybe once!
