Ordered mutton matka biriyani, apparently the mutton wasn’t mutton in that. Had the texture of chicken but not the bones of chicken. Worried me, when raised this concern to the manager. He just denied without even listening to what I was saying. His attitude made me write here. Otherwise staffs are kind and generous, Gulaab jamoon and burnt garlic soup is worth the pay. I had a wonderful experience at your hotel. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the ambience was one of the best I've come across—very relaxing and well-designed. I’d also like to appreciate your staff, who were extremely humble, courteous, and attentive, which added great value to my visit.

However, I did feel that the seating arrangement could be improved, as the tables and chairs were not very comfortable for a long dining experience. I hope this can be looked into, as it would make the overall experience even more enjoyable.
