It was supposed to be a special day—our anniversary. We had a booking for five people, and given our past visits, we expected the same great food and experience. But this time, it turned into an absolute disaster.

From the moment we arrived, everything started going downhill. As we entered the gate, TWO SECURITY GUARDS stopped us. One told us to park outside, while the other called us inside. The confusion was ridiculous—our car was stuck between the gates, which were neither locked nor secured properly. Instead of ensuring order, these two were contradicting each other like they had no clue what they were doing.

As we hesitated, one guard waved us in, so we assumed we could park inside—especially since there was plenty of space. But then, suddenly, the other one blocked our way, standing right in front of the bumper. While they stood there, cluelessly debating, the main gate started SLIDING and SMASHED into the second side door of my brand-NEW CRETA N LINE with a BOOM, leaving a massive dent.

This wasn't just a dent on my car—it was a dent on my heart. Furious, I got out to check, and sure enough, there was a MAJOR dent. And what did the security guards do? NOTHING. No apology, no remorse. Instead, they LAUGHED and mocked me, saying, "KYA HUA, MAMULI SA DENT HI TO HE." Are you kidding me? This wasn’t just a tiny dent—it was serious damage! If they had just done their jobs properly, this wouldn’t have happened.

Our mood was completely ruined. We asked to speak to the manager, expecting at least some responsibility from someone. But no—he barely reacted, brushed us off with a fake assurance that he’d ‘look into it,’ and disappeared. After forcing ourselves through a meal with a ruined mood, we confronted him again, asking who would cover the cost of the damage THEIR negligence caused. He had no answer. After an argument, all he could say was ‘sorry.’

SORRY?! Does a simple ‘sorry’ fix the damage to my car? The absolute lack of accountability, responsibility, and professionalism was disgusting. What should have been a memorable anniversary turned into a nightmare, thanks to the utter incompetence of this place.

At night time the place is lit in beautiful yellow lights; making the food look perfect.

The most striking dish out of the entire meal we ordered was the : Coconut custard caramel. It was light, with the salty sweet taste of caramel along with a hint of coconut. The soft fluffy pudding is sooo satisfying to pierce through with a spoon and devour. It is something completely unique to the place, and I've never seen it anywhere else. An MUST try .

With an array of kebabs and starters, we chose the platter to try all, coming with a minimum 4 pieces of each kebab(veg). They were very filling and all delicious with the mint chutney. The paneer is heavy and could be cut to smaller pieces. Next... Veg nachos were tangy and crunchy with cheese and salsa, though you could give some more on the side for the chips that are at the bottom with no sauce. The nachos themselves were well made, though they might be store bought, they had a good taste by itself.

Manchow soup was overly spicy with too many flavours overpowering each other, especially pepper. But if you could reduce the intensity it would be perfect.

For main course, Kati rolls were a tad bit chewy but had a great masala, and were filling. Tangy with sweet, spicy and salt added to perfection, the rolls had a good balance of spices.

The curries were decent , hot and just like any other. the phulka came cold, but we asked for warm ones. They could orginally provide hot ones instead of serving cold phulkas.

The atmosphere was good for family and friends, and it was quite empty. They had lots of seating , and it is rumoured to have been made from a ship container! With a very interesting , cylindrical shape. The place is quite far away from the city center, and can be tough to drive to from some places. Parking is available, provided by the restaurant.

The Terminal, Old Madras Road, Bangalore . Sometimes we wish to be at a place far from the city, no noise and no worries of the world. . While on such a drive, we came across this place. Located at the outskirts of Bangalore, this place is actually structured like a Terminal. This place has the following seating: Beautiful Outdoor seating - best to sit at night Ground floor - not much of a seating. First Floor - Nice seating with a bar too. Second Floor - A disc type of space with DJ and floor playing great music. . We ordered the following here: Beverages: 2 Cafe Latte Lemon Iced Tea Choco Frappe Crunchy Frappe . Food: Veg Platter Veg Platter Tandoori Murgh . The food and beverages here are fine in taste. The Ambience takes up most of the points for me. . Highlights: This place also serves Hookah which actually adds up to a perfect late night hangout. Live sports screening Outdoor Seating. My Ratings: Food: The food tastes fine.
