Flies found in ZOMATO Ordered food
My recent order from TONIF turned into a disheartening experience. Upon receiving my delivery, I was shocked to find flies in my food packaging. It was not just a single fly; there were multiple, which is a clear indication of serious hygiene and food safety issues.
What was even more disappointing was the restaurant's lackluster response to this problem. I immediately contacted their customer service, expecting a prompt and concerned resolution. However, their response left much to be desired.
A situation like this is simply unacceptable. When you order food online, you expect it to be not only delicious but also safe to consume. The presence of flies and the restaurant's inadequate response raise serious concerns about their hygiene standards and customer service.
I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering from TONIF. I certainly won't be patronizing them again. A restaurant's reputation relies on the quality of its food and the attentiveness of its staff to customer concerns. Unfortunately, in this case, both aspects were lacking.

After taking with the Pankaj I understood from the there side also, by mistake it is happened and also they will very careful next time onwards. He gave me assurance no sacrifice on next time.

Absolutely Disgusting and Overpriced – Avoid at All Costs!
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. The food at this place was not just poorly prepared — it was revolting. My dish had a strand of hair tangled in every dish, and visible contamination particles that clearly indicate a shocking lack of hygiene standards in their kitchen. I have attached my order and payment receipt.
To make matters worse, the food itself was half-burnt, flavorless, and clearly made without any care or professionalism. It felt like I was being served scraps that no decent establishment would dare put on a plate. And then comes the cherry on top — ridiculous pricing. The cost of the meal is laughably out of sync with the quality and portion. It's like paying fine-dining prices for something that doesn’t even qualify as street food.
It’s no surprise this place sees so little footfall. With service like this, they’re actively driving customers away. If you value your health, money, and dining experience, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. This was a swiggy order and they refuse to take responsibility for any wrong item delivery. (Shame on you @Swiggy)
TONIF should have the decency to refuse the order if they don't have the item or call the customer to check if we are okay with placing order for a different item.
I try restaurant out on swiggy first for the quality they deliver and then if i like i tke the efforts to actually go to the place. Visiting a restaurant for me is an investment of my time, money and mood.
I very likely will not give business to TONIF again... people with no moral values or responsibility.
Update: Whatever my experience so far, i am impressed by the response to my review. It is also commendable that Tonif accepted the unfortunate incident and promises to amend it in the future.
There are several items on menu that i am looking forward to try.. maybe i WILL give them a try along with the suggested Lassi, as dine-in and remove the middleman (Swiggy). Upon which i shall change my ratings based on my experience then.
