Tutu's Cafe and Kitchen — Restaurant in Karnataka

Firstly, Food quality is advised to be checked. We went in a group and few people ended up falling sick and didn't eat anything after that for the whole day. Secondly, be it small town or metropolitan customer might excuse on the food which can not be top notch everyday but service and behaviour is something that should be prioritised so that customers can come again later. Highly advised to treat the staff and customers professionally. If the restaurant wants to prioritise their service only for big parties then it is best to mention it in their description so that other customers can avoid the inconveniences. Edit : Dear Owner, Hopefully you do well in future with your expectations. All the negative reviews and the replies clearly don't paint a great picture. Anyways, that was a fault on our part that we didn't go through them before dining. We dined just yesterday so there was no problem in remembering. Horrible Experience – Health Hazard! (May be an isolated incident - My bad luck)

I ordered chicken biryani from this place and was absolutely disgusted to find a cockroach in the food! (Forgot to take a picture because I was not keen on creating issues, I should have taken it to prove my authenticity). Not only that, but the food was not hot and was clearly not freshly prepared (they said it would take 40 min because they prepare it freshly instead we got it in 15 min, how can someone make a biryani in 15 min). After eating, I ended up with a stomach upset the whole night. This experience makes me seriously question their hygiene standards. They were implying that I got confused coriander with cockroach. Then I must be eating cockroaches all my life assuming they were coriander lol.

Please check thoroughly before eating, and make sure to specifically request freshly prepared food and also wait patiently. I won’t be coming back here, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dining at this...

If you have all the time in this world then only come here, you will have to wait min 1 hour for simple roti curry. It’s been 50 min we ordered and waiting, still there is no sign of food coming to our table. Everytime we ask, they are saying 5 more min. Pathetic service. !!!

And the amount of arrogance these staff has is unbelievable, they act like they are feeding you some free food ! And these ppl don’t take any negative comments, they will brand you as ignorant and restless person, they expect you to wait very patiently even if they take double the time (in my case they took 1 hour) what they tell us while taking order.

Coming to food taste, it’s pretty average. It’s not worth waiting for 1 hour. And definitely not worth the money we pay.
