I was a Regular customer of this hotel but from now onwards I won't visit this place anymore because few days ago they had given me a ₹200 rs note and yesterday when I gave it back to them they say we won't take this kind a notes. I said u gave it to me and i am a regular customer of here then they say I have seen u here for the first time so i gave him the food token back and came home and my mood to have breakfast was gone so i didn't even have breakfast That's not only the reason I am quitting this place I am a local guy of nelamagala i have been seeing This udupi grand hotel since it was opened the taste and the service and cleanliness is not even 50% to that it was providing when it was opened and some staff are even rude once I had not finished my plate of meals fully I had gone near the counter to fetch some sambar the cleaning boy had cleaned my plate of meals and my stomach was also not full I was not rude to him because it happens sometimes. Some North Indian dishes are to much over pricy . It's ok to take the high prices but they are not providing the sufficient quality and quantity of that prices This hotel got Fame and name because it was a good and nice hotel in the starting when it was opened so i think the owner things nothing will happen if no taste or good service is given Worst experience yesterday and this hotel I don't prefer anyone...

One of the best places for pure vegetarian South Indian food! Udupi Grand truly lives up to its name. The food is fresh, flavorful, and served hot. I tried the masala dosa, filter coffee, and mini meals — everything was delicious and reasonably priced.
