Had the best masale dosae of my life here.

Hotel Vasu - is a well known restaurant in Kanakapura and I happened to visit on my way to Pyramid Valley. The dosaes here are a perfect combination of crunch and softness and the quantity is just too great! Melt in the mouth fantastic. It’s always packed because of its popularity. The prices are very nominal. A dosae costs ₹40 and filter coffee ₹10. Since it’s a small place please don’t expect ambience. Just go for good food and vibes and you won’t be disappointed. Their Dil leaves amboDe (falafel type baji) is fantastic, along with makhmal poori as dessert. Owner is a very sweet person too. I was reading other reviews here and was actually disappointed how some are badmouthing about this great place. Some people act like they’re some great food bloggers when they actually know nothing about food and expect Taj like experience everywhere for ₹40 dosa.
